Whataburger — Restaurant in Alexandria

This was my second time being at a Whataburger restaurant. My first experience was horrible the burger was plain and so where the fries I don't think they us seasoning like salt or pepper this was in texas... My second experience I got a salad because of the first experience well the salad was fine but my complaint would have to be service there was only a man an his child eating at the table so things should have went pretty fast well it didn't this place in Alexandria is so slow they had no other orders in front of ours no one at window an like I said a man an his daughter inside eating... it took them for ever at least 30mins to cook one Burger/ fries and put a salad in the bag.... the whole time I watched this people take there time playing games or chatting on phones... and this place is always has an empty parking lot.... It's a Fast Food Restaurant.... a place of work if you don't want to work go home... I'm gonna give them one more chance but three strikes an your out... DO BETTER!!!!! On 6/5/2025 Okay I'm came here for something light so I ordered a kids meal when I went through the drive-thru I was not giving a straw at the window with my drink I ordered a large cup of ice as wellI was told to pull up and wait they were not busy at all when they brought out the bag of food the cookie was broke the fries were soggy and the burger had holes in it as if somebody picked through it and the bread was soggy wet on the inside so I went back to get my money back and neither of the guys who was in charge wanted to give me my money back they said they will remake it because that is how the grill does the hamburger meat I said no thanks I want a refund they both walked away for about 15 min came and showed me that he voided it but I still yet till this day I did not receive my refund yet and it's been 4 days now but while waiting for them to refund me I heard a male voice in the drive-thru order a large cup of ice and the girl fixed a big cup but when I order a large cup of ice I was given a...

I only visit this Whataburger late at night, because it's so convenient... I'm sure it's super busy during the day, but I've only visited when there's maybe one other vehicle in the drive-thru and they are closed for dine-in. I love that you can order breakfast or dinner at that time and I can't remember having to change my order because they were out of anything on the menu. The employees smile. The drinks aren't flat. Really, what else can you ask of a 24 Hour Fast Food Establishment?? Oh! A Value Menu would be awesome, but really the Whataburger App and rewards program is right up there with Sonic's App. The price is just a little higher than I like to pay for fast food, because it really is just that. At 2am, though, it's worth every penny to not have to dig around my kitchen... AND the catsup ramekins alone make this a 4.5 Star...
