I just want to comment that we love your store. This is significantly due to two sales people that we have had the pleasure to work with over the past 3 years. The first was Luke. Absolutely a first class sales person who was very knowledgeable in every aspect of your business, especially your hat department. Have purchased quite a few hats from Luke, and he was very knowledgeable in shaping hats. We were sorry to hear that he had moved on. Then came Cody Clark. He stepped right up where Luke left off. Of course, he did not have the knowledge Luke had, but he has dedicated hisself to learning the business. These two guys are the most friendly and helpful people we have ever encountered in your store. We realize Cody is very young, and has much to learn, but he will be a valuable asset to your business one day. It is very apparent that Cody loves his job. Great selection. I was looking for work boots. I have difficult, problem feet. What I really wanted was for someone to properly size my feet, on the silver metal thing shaped like a foot. You know, all shoe stores have them. Girl assisting me said she didn't know how to use it. I asked if anyone else in the store could. She assured me no one there knew how. They hadn't been taught. 1st time visiting A&A Western Store, all I can say is there’s no better place to shop for boots or clothing in Louisiana. I was at the door and was offered help in finding exactly what I was looking for. Trevor stayed with me the entire time, he knew exactly how to measure my feet. When he handed me the boots they fit like a glove. I’ve been looking for boots for years, most places say here are the boots and then they leave.
