Workers at your counter can make or break your business. We love this place and coming here for years the drive thru gal is usually pretty good, i came around 11 am. Ordered 2bags of 2glaze donuts 1chocolate milk and 1 reg milk a big Earl and orange juice. Well my big Earl was a stale funny tasting spicy sausage and yellow cheese roll up it was not what I ordered an my OJ looked warm so I asked for a cup of ice I was willing to pay for it like I paid the 17$ and change for all this to be turned down for a cup of ice. Like I was putting her out! What a way to start the day maybe she was having a bad morning. So sad to pay good money to be treated...

I got gas today at Shipley. The young man working was the same one I reported several months ago for dipping his arm in the icing. Standing there with white icing up to his elbow dripping off where they make donuts. He’s still working there so I guess that’s Shipley approved. He threw a box of donuts in the trash today where he made a mistake checking out a customer. Wonderful...

The staff here are so kind! I brought my toddler with me and they gave us a free dozen donut holes! I actually didn't even notice it until I had already eaten most of the rest of my order because they just silently added it. It was so sweet!
