Just wow. The manager here today would rather argue than make things right. I've ordered Cinnabon Delights several times, and for the first time ever, I got some that were cold in the center. When I went in to tell them that they're under cooked, I'm wrong, because "they're supposed to be a little frozen in the center when they come out of the fryer. You have to let them sit for about 3 minutes to warm up." She's telling me this after I waited forever in the drive-thru just to get them, and then came back after driving down the road for a couple of minutes just to turn around because my food is cold. She told me she can make me a new batch but said that they will be cold in the center. I asked if she could just cook them a bit longer. Nope. Can't do it. And I couldn't get a refund because "there's actually nothing wrong with them." I've worked in fast food restaurants. If I were to serve anything that came from the fryer still cold in the center, that would be a problem that I would've had to fix. It's as simple as that. No...
Read moreHonestly? This was a pretty trash experience as far as Taco Bell experiences go-- and that should tell you enough as it is.
Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos, 4 Fritos burritos, and 2 watermelon freezes. Had this same thing many times with the gf.
I told them "Hey, you can take your time. Just get it right." When we got the food... Bruh. They got everything in the bag... But that's not all there is to a restaurant. One of the potato tacos didn't have any sauce, the other had double sauce. 2 of the burritos were fresh, the other two had a nebulous mush substitute for chips. Even the freezes were vastly different than ones I've had from other T-bells. The little candy chips were all in a pile at the bottom and instead of being black, they were all turning white and damn near chewy as opposed to the usual black, crunchy ones.
Overall this experience was horrible and I'm not going back. They can't even be bothered to make a fresh 10-second burrito!!...
Read moreI took the drive-through route, and the order went seamlessly; the attendant was very kind and friendly, and as I indecisively glossed over the new menu, she asked if I needed any help or if there was something in particular I was looking for. I declined, stating I was just looking. So then why 4 stars instead of 5? I was appalled at the bill for a gordita, 2 supreme soft shell tacos and a medium MT Dew - $13.74. Yes, I know I sound like a mid-20 yr old baby-boomer transplant. But Taco Bell used to be the cheap place to eat; that was much of the lore of eating there, along with the fact that it’s Mexican fast food. However, I can eat at a sit down restaurant (albeit not fast food) for only a few dollars more and get a full burger and fries. I was more shocked than anything. This isn’t a gripe so much about this location, as it is with the general cost of their food items. 2024 Taco Bell costs are unfortunate to...
