Starbucks — Restaurant in Alhambra

Came in this afternoon 3/27/19 around 3pm, with my relatives from China, staff was literally rude, and when I asked one of the staff if he can clean off the tables, he showed me a dirty paper towel as if I can use that to clean it myself, then when I approached the counter to ask for some coffee creme, the female staff looked at me with a blank, “don’t bother me” look and said: “it’s right there.. awefulbservice with no smile and never heard “hi, may I help you?” And the male staff was sipping on his drink behind the counter and as we approached him, he looked mad as if we disturbed his oasis moment.....it’s all about customer service, with a...

Not a good experience at all. The cashier was trying to sell their pastry and coffee special which was $5.00. I wanted to use a $5.00 coupon I had through Albertsons reward and she said I could not combine them which is fine. I then asked to just use the $5.00 coupon and she said since they had the special the $5.00 coupon would not work. So I took the special deal they had going on. I ordered an Iced Quad Espresso and cheese danish, but she charged me for a Grande Latte and then reduced the price to make the deal. This made me lose out on my bonus star points for ordering any...

I am extremely unhappy with this Starbucks. They need to retrain their employees (can't even call them a barista) on how to make the most basic and simplest of drinks. Even after the girl making my drink a second time because she got it wrong the first time and refused to refund my money because my drink was not what I ordered, I will never come back to this location ever again....shame on you guys for your lack of care...
