I was getting groceries at Albertsons next door so I decided to do a pickup order for this taco bell. I made the order for a drive through pickup but when I got there the drive through was packed and the inside was fairly empty. I decided to just go inside for pickup since the order still showed it being made on the app so i waited. At the 20 minute mark from the time my confirmation email was received I decided to let them know I was inside and waiting on my order. I waited at the counter and was ignored by Mini which is the name I was eventually given by the manager. 5 minutes goes by and I get her attention and tell her I ordered for drive through pickup and wanted to see if it was ready. She acts like she's going to check but doesn't come back for another 5 minutes. Now the order has been processed 30 minutes ago so I ask what's going on. She gives me an attitude and says it will be out soon. More people are coming in ordering and getting their food. A different lady comes out and says it's because I didn't check in which is did. She rushes in the back but now more than 5 minutes pass. A younger employee comes to the front and is filling the bike with sauce packets. I ask to speak to a manager. We are past 40 minutes at this point. The second lady i talked to comes out again. I ask her why in the world is it taking 40 minutes to make 12 tacos and why everyone in the restaurant came in after me and already sitting and eating. She said it was no excuse. I showed her my order again and she proceeds to try and give me the wrong order. They didn't even know what order they were supposed to be making even though I showed them multiple times. Read moreMy wife went by TB to pick up dinner and when she got home, we learned they had left out part of the order, so we had to share with each other and grab some stuff out of the pantry so we would have enough to eat. Taco Bell needs to make sure they put the complete order in the sacks, especially in the drive through where it is difficult for the driver to make sure the order is complete once it is bagged and handed to them in the drive through area. This is not the first time this has happened to us at a TB, but the first time in a few years. We tried calling the store to report and ask for credit on our card, but no answer (guess we shouldn't be surprised). Maybe we will try going by in the next day or two to see if they will make it...
Read morePulled in their drive-thru line at 6:21pm. 4 cars ahead of me, none behind me. Got to the speaker at 6:32pm. Got to the window to pay at 6:44pm. Didn't receive food until 6:53pm. We all were STUCK in the drive-thru for HALF AN HOUR. No exaggeration. Of all the fast food places, I thought Taco Bell had their act together. The kind, young cashier told me one employee went home sick. I asked if the manager was helping and was told the assistant manager was helping in the kitchen.
