McDonald's — Restaurant in Alice

I do doordash and I go often to the 2 locations in Alice Texas. Yesterday I went to pick up an oder at night maybe around 10 or 11pm im not sure i just know it was the night crew/shift, and there was a big guy working he was fast but he was coughing and never moved away from the food. He moved away after he finished coughing. And just right now I went to the same mc donalds and there was only 2 girls and 1 boy. I took a picture of that boy doing nothing he was on his cell phone. And the picture I was able to take was him lyning against the shelfs and sipping on a soda. The one girl with glasses and curly hair and a cap was somewhere in a room back there. The white girl she was running around trying to get as much orders as she could. This was the night shift. Then finally that mexican girl comes out and never did she come to me and ask if I needed help or if someone had gotten me. Nothing. This is the worse mc donalds ever. They need workers/help. Very disappoint to hear how badly my mother was treated here. I live in corpus and have done DoorDash for 6 years and my mom is now doing DoorDash and the manager here mistreated and harassed my mother about how she did her job and what she needed to do and refused to give my mom the customers order. She is lucky I was not there I would have told her who do u work for n donor DoorDash. How can that disrespectful youngster disrespect my mother like that when my mom has been a manager of a store and has worked in many locations with customers and she knows how to take care of customers properly they always come first and they are always right. Unbelievable. I couldn’t be more upset. I hope she is fired and everyone else there that is just there for the check and doesn’t bother to actually work. These young generations need a reality check. Police report will be made for harassment as she even told me on the phone when I called to get her name she said she didn’t care if I filed a police report against her. RUDE MANAGER!!!

Ordered 2 homestyle meals, a hot and spicy, and medium fries and it took 45 minutes to FINALLY receive my food! The manager Jay Z was extremely disrespectful denying that he had served anyone before me even though I watched every vehicle in front of me AND in back leave, they all seemed extremely angry as well may I add. When I had initially asked for his name he refused to tell me, blamed the wait on a new trainee, then proceeded to tell me if I had a problem to come back tomorrow. My boyfriend had previously worked at this establishment so he knew the name of the manager. When he had said he already knew his name he then told my boyfriend “you couldn’t hack it that’s why you quit” then kept repeating himself. No employee, LET ALONE A MANAGER, should be speaking to any customer this way! If this is who McDonalds puts in charge then they need to really revaluate...
