I had the worst experience getting my meal with my kids at this location. We wanted to redeem our points and we made the mistake and Eric was the person called himself the supervisor and laughing at us because we made the mistake for redeem the points and I ask them for 10 Sauce for chicken sandwich, two large fries, 8 pieces chicken, and 4 pieces if chicken strips and he dropped 3 and we asked again still he was acting unprofessional. He kept asking if you want me to fix the issue park the car and come inside but I came to Drive trough because I had a bad pain on my back and I didn’t want to walk. Anyway! We got the stuff we wanted and we drive to parking lot to eat the meals and we couldn’t see the fork for salad and I finally went inside and I asked him to give me a fork and complain about his behavior and by not giving the fork he made me to come inside the store and he was laughing at me very rude and keep saying it was an accident. I understand accident happen but the way he was laughing at me to show me he is the boss and he is commanding me to follow his orders. Read moreThe APP keeps double charging my card. That’s not the fault of this restaurant, but my complaint with them is they are slow, very slow. Many times I’ll be standing around with other customers and managers will be hanging out and basically just cutting up and acting as though their job is to stand over people, but not help out. It won’t happen until they see us get frustrated when after 15-20 minutes we are still waiting for our order then ask us what our name is. I’ll give them my name, and then they’ll ask the people in the back to prepare them.
Nobody is on top of this place. I’ve seen really well ran CFA restaurants and this is not even close. Rarely do they get people inside to eat. It’s just not an inviting place to go. They operator needs to get in there and fix their restaurant. It’s bad enough that I’m now paying $10 a day for two items of food, but now it’s not very good and the wait is ridiculous.
