We often look for new hikes to do and were in the area. Along with that we like to find unique coffee shops not just your typical chains. Found this place thought we check it out… also great it’s veteran owned and ran. Thank you for making this county such a blessing to live in. Driving in it kinda looked like this super modern industrial area and we discovered that this place is unique… It’s kind of a main street lined with palm trees and a walkway with businesses on the main level and possibly apartments above… right across the street from this coffee shop is a huge concrete parking structure… Absolutely perfect to park your car in the shade and away from door dents. I would consider this a destination coffee visit if you’re cruising around in your classic car. It was a Saturday mid day when we were there and the area is super quaint and quiet… they should start a Cars and coffee on Saturday mornings right down this main street… It would be awesome!! Being there for the first time, the staff was incredibly friendly and patient with us, helping us choose what to get. We got something called a cherry bomb, which has a double shot of espresso and a hint of cherry flavor, slight hint of mocha, but not overpowering… It was a very unique drink and iced was very refreshing. As far as indoor seating area, there’s only two small tables, but hey… This is Califonia. There was all sorts of seating outside and across the street in the sort of a office complex with tables and additional seating. We walked up and down the main street looking at some of the businesses and just enjoying the moment… If you are a local in this area, you should certainly visit Seven Seas and make it your regular coffee shop… If you’re looking for a cool place to cruise to on a coffee date we would highly recommend it! And classic car guys… You gotta check this place out if you...
Read moreI recently visited Seven Seas Roasting in Aliso Viejo, CA, and had a great experience, which I'd rate 9/10 stars!
The coffee here is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. I tried their cappuccino, which was $5 plus an extra dollar for macadamia nut milk. The cappuccino was a good-sized portion, about 10-12 ounces.
The location is charming, nestled in a neighborhood by businesses and townhouses, with some small stores around.
One thing to note is that while the coffee is excellent, there's no onsite bathroom. You'll need to walk about 2-3 minutes to Homewood Suites to use their facilities.
The staff is friendly, and I appreciate their eco-friendly initiative of offering a 10% discount when you bring your own mug.
Inside, they have seating best suited for parties of 1-2 people, making it cozy for smaller groups or individuals. If you have a larger group, you might find the inside seating a bit limited.
On the outside patio, there are tables that can comfortably accommodate 1-4 people, providing a pleasant option for enjoying your coffee outdoors.
They have a cool logo and plenty of merchandise for sale, though I didn't check the prices.
Supporting local coffee roasters is a plus, and they offer free Wi-Fi, making it a great place to socialize or work if you're in a smaller group.
In summary, Seven Seas Roasting offers fantastic coffee at reasonable prices in a charming neighborhood setting. My only wish is that they had an onsite bathroom, and remember that inside seating is best for parties of 1-2, while the outside patio tables are suitable for 1-4 people. Highly...

The space is intimate, with a cozy vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing or having a casual conversation. Despite its smaller size, the café offers a diverse range of products. You’ll find not only an excellent selection of coffee but also unique merchandise like sweaters, caps, and even freshly baked croissants and other treats.
One of the standout features is how dog-friendly the café is. They even have a dedicated board with pictures of dogs that frequently visit, adding a lovely personal touch.
