Never in my life have I had a more disappointing experience again and again. When this Arby's first opened it wasn't bad but the last four times I've been there have just been awful. I kept hoping maybe it was someone bad day or possibly a newbie, but this last time was the cake topper. I've had two sandwiches that were uncooked and raw. The last time in the chicken was dirty missing almost all the breading looked smoothed and was absolutely disgusting. When i went into the restaurant to return the sandwich the women were leaning over the counter looking at a phone. The cook was waving around a spatula and laughing. He had long hair and no hair net of any kind. I told them how disappointed I was and that I didn't even want the money back a woman then asked why I even came back in. Then tried to remake my sandwich but only after a already negative interaction. It looked more like friends hanging out at a backyard BBQ than employees doing their jobs. Which explains. And to whomever replies to your reviews I've seen your generic unheartfelt replies which says a lot about your business and how is probably run. Be rest assure a phone call to the health inspector and head of franchise will be made. The community here deserves a better product and this site would be better off used as additional parking for Wendy's or giant eagle where at least they understand without pleasing their customers they'd have no business. It's obviously assumable that this restaurant has changed owners since it's beginning. And hopefully that happens again soon.

I've never had a complaint until tonight, the manager rushed us through our order and gave us an attitude when we asked for a minute so my husband could choose what he wanted. She kept huffing and puffing and kept asking If we were done ordering. When we pulled up, the woman ripped my husband's debit card out of his hand gave him his drink which was supposedto be a large and she gave him a small and when he told her it was supposed to be a large she said well it is a large. But it wasn't. It was a small. Then we get home to eat and my sandwich is smashed into the box, with barely any meat on it and BBQ sauce all over the place. Terrible...
