I dont ever leave bad reviews, but one this is necessary.... Every single time I take my daughter for a happy meal, there are always 2 rows of cars practically wrapped around the building. Earlier today, my daughter and i sat in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. I couldn't even get out of line because of the way the drive-through is set up, so we had no choice but to unfortunately wait.... and we waited a looongg long time... They never put napkins in your bag. Fries are cold EVERY SINGLE TIME we go. I do not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. If it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't ever go back to this specific restaurant. It's absolutely terrible.
Update: I decided to grab my girls' dinner on the way home from having a really long day, and momma didn't feel like cooking... I decided to order curbside, thinking it would be quicker. I couldn't have been more wrong. After about 20 minutes, I had to go into the restaurant and ask about my order... I was told they didn't have a curbside order on their screen and that the last curbside in their queue was already picked up... so I showed one of the employees proof of my purchase and had to wait yet another 10 minutes. When I got my order, I didn't get my frozen caramel frappe, so I said something to the manager, hoping someone would make my drink that I paid for... well, I watched her start making my drink, she brought it over, and it ended up being an iced coffee... I said that's not what I ordered, and she said 'yes it is, we don't even have whatever frappe you're talking about, so do you not want that now?" At that point, I was starting to see red... I just took the iced coffee and walked out with my kids... I understand most places are extremely short staffed, and it makes the work day extremely frustrating, but us customers are also going to or from a really hectic day / work day also and it would just be nice to be able to get what you pay for and go home without issues or being treated like crap because someone is having...
Read moreThe employees are nice, and I do think they're trying. But after today (Sunday 1-3-23 at 1 pm) I believe that there needs to be a mass training event planned. They were not working together or communicating properly. The drive through line was so long that multiple cars, including ours, got stuck waiting while just trying to pull out of the parking lot. The inside of the restaurant was chaos. Everybody was consistently double-checking to make sure that their orders weren't forgotten, as the wait time approached 20 minutes. When they received their order, almost all of the orders around us were incorrect and needed to be fixed. People were complaining that the fountain drinks tasted bad. After 25 minutes of waiting, our food was finally done and we just took it and went, not wanting to spend another second in that hectic mess. Upon getting home, we realized our order had been messed up too. They'd given us 3 cheeseburgers a box of 20 chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and (the only thing that was correct) a Happy Meal. So it's safe to say that somebody else, after us, was missing those items from their order. I don't ever want to say that teenagers aren't good employees. They looked OVERWHELMED AND OVERWORKED, not at all like they were slacking off. The adult employees there throughout the weekdays deal with a much slower, steadier crowd. I think it's massively unfair to put a vulnerable demographic on a busy weekend shift, knowing that management has not done an adequate job of training. I mostly find it unbelievable that McDonald's could not handle a Sunday rush, when they were once patronized by school districts going on field trips. If old McDonald's could handle 3 buses of students, I believe this newer grey modern looking nonsense McDonald's could probably hold its management more accountable for what's happening. If EVERYONE is struggling, management is the common...
Read moreIm usually hyping y'all up but i couldnt today. I love y'alls food, the atmosphere. But today is different. I went through the drive through and found myself with a cashier uncertain on the big item i order the bacon BBQ burger. I asked what came on it but she had no idea? Then asked me if I wanted to take it off? I said no i just wanted to know what was on it. She then told me she eats it all the time? Questionable none the less. Moving onward to the second window. Our food came quickly and so did our drinks. The women at the window was very nice and friendly. Pulled away and got home to discover my burger that cost $6.14 had burnt bacon on it, barely any bbq sauce and my cheese half of my burger. I called the manager and told her my issue, she politely asked me if I wanted a new one but i declined because id rather not see another person deal with what I dealt with. Very disappointed in this situation. I love McDonald's and their food. But this time I cant say that. I will try and add a photo if I can...
