I will NEVER dine here again. After take three bites of my burger, I found a blonde hair in it. I take it back and ask for a refund. The same woman who was working the drive-thru who wasn't pleasant from the beginning just happened to be the manager on duty. I already knew that I was in for a treat. She was rude and unprofessional. She actually asked "what did I want her to do" because the sandwich was nearly gone when it was not. You could still see the hair in and clearly I'm not a blonde. And no one had on hair nets which explains the long blonde hair from the young man on the grille. The "manager" had to go ask someone what to do. 😒 First, it's against code to bring food back into the premises of a restaurant, especially after Covid. Second, she refused to give me my receipt back which I needed to get reimbursed as this was during the ice storm. I called the number on the door to complain and of course no one called back. It would best serve the owners to not have her up front. She is so incredibly rude and condescending. I'll drive to Belleville before I ever go to this location. She's the short, older caucasian lady who wears glasses. She's not a good representation of your leadership team at all.

I recently visited a Culver’s location and was excited to eat their famous pretzel bites, which i eat all the time, only to be let down by the fact that they weren’t salted—at all. I’ve been to multiple Culver’s in the past, and I’m used to the pretzels being served with that perfect amount of salt, so it was surprising to find that this location has never salted their pretzels. On multiple occasions. The pretzels themselves were soft and had a decent texture, but the lack of salt made them feel bland and unappealing. Even with the provided cheese dip, something was just missing. I would expect a chain like Culver’s to maintain consistency across locations, but this was definitely a disappointing experience. If you’re a fan of salty snacks, I’d suggest asking about it before ordering, as this particular location seems to have made the decision to skip the salt altogether.

Overpriced for starters. Not even close to being worth what they charge for combos. Butterburger is just cachet nothing special. Bunch of young kids that just slap the food together just like any other ff spot. And you're paying $14 for a single burger combo that I could pay $10-11 for at Wendy's... And Wendy's tastes better!!! I guess people like overpaying for the name since there were others there patronizing this place. Even the ice cream is subpar. Got the caramel turtle, which of course didn't look anything like what was pictured, and tasted like something I could've gotten from Kroger. Not pleased at all. No one in our group was impressed to say the least. Lastly, you'd think after waiting like 8-10 mins for our food it would be nice and hot, but it wasn't. Smh... Legit won't waste my money here again.

With its Midwest roots and an emphasis on high-quality ingredients, Culver's offers a unique fast-food experience that sets it apart from the typical fast-food joints.

Atmosphere: ★★★★☆ The ambiance at Culver's is cozy and welcoming, reflecting the warm hospitality that the Midwest is known for. The restaurant's clean and well-maintained interior provides a pleasant dining environment for families, friends, and solo diners alike. The staff members are courteous and attentive, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere.

Menu Variety: ★★★★☆ Culver's menu boasts a diverse selection of classic American fare, with a focus on their signature ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard. The ButterBurgers, cooked to perfection and served on lightly toasted buns, are a delightful indulgence. The menu also offers a range of chicken sandwiches, fish options, salads, and sides, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

Food Quality: ★★★★☆ One word to describe the food at Culver's would be "delicious." The ButterBurgers are juicy and flavorful, and the toppings and condiments complement the patties exceptionally well. The frozen custard is a definite highlight, offering a rich and creamy treat that comes in various flavors and can be customized with mix-ins. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars here is that on rare occasions, the food can be inconsistent across different locations.

Value for Money: ★★★★☆ Considering the quality of ingredients used and the overall dining experience, the prices at Culver's are reasonable. The portions are generous, ensuring you get good value for your money. However, the prices might be slightly higher compared to other fast-food chains, but the superior taste and ingredients make it worth the investment.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: ★★★★★ Culver's excels in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The restaurant's cleanliness not only applies to the dining area but also extends to the restrooms and food preparation areas. This attention to detail is commendable and contributes to a pleasant dining experience.

Conclusion: Culver's restaurants have earned their reputation for serving mouthwatering ButterBurgers and delectable frozen custard, creating a unique niche in the fast-food industry. The welcoming ambiance, friendly staff, and commitment to cleanliness add to the overall appeal of the restaurant chain.

While prices may be slightly higher than some other fast-food establishments, the quality of the food and the exceptional service justify the cost. Whether you are a burger enthusiast or have a sweet tooth, Culver's is a must-visit restaurant for a delightful...

Horrible service on a Thursday evening after 7pm. Waited 45 minutes for a simple carry out order of two sandwiches and sides. We were finally able to get our carry out meal after 8pm. Many customers were in and out much faster than us. When we tried to ask for help to explain how long we had already been waiting, the staff curtly told us it'd be ready "soon." Finally after another 10-15 minutes and another terse "it'll be ready soon" response, I told them that we weren't trying to be difficult customers, and explained that we came from a hospice meeting for my mom across town, we're dead tired and I had a lot of calls to family still that evening to make to explain that my mom didn't have long to live. That -finally- caught their attention. It took them another 15 minutes to get our food to us. Their means of an apology for the delay was to give us two coupons for a frozen shake thing that we could use the next time we came in -- lol seriously? I was too tired at the time, had more serious things on my mind and didn't want to cause a commotion so I merely thanked them, but geez. Looking back on this experience, they should have given us our meal for free or offered us the treat right then and there as we continued to have to wait due to the terrible delay and lack of clear communication. After all that, the food was not very good, and we never used those lame coupons. We would have been so much better off going to any of the other fast food...

I used to enjoy this Culver's, but the last few times I've eaten there CONSECUTIVELY, it has fallen short!!! I would have to say terrible, mostly because of the prices they charge for their food, it should be criminal to serve what their serving. The time before last that I was there, they shorted me two items. A medium fry and pretzel bites. I called to let them know when I realized I was missing items. They took my name, the two items I was missing, and told me to bring my receipt with me when I come back. When I went back, I was with my Mom, we were getting dinner and I asked for my missing items and all they wanted to know was did I get the name of the person I spoke with on the phone. Well, I didn't, I just answered their questions, gave them "MY" name, and brought my receipt like they told me to! Never mind the fact that I spent $55 on dinner and didn't receive all the items I paid for. Not one, apology for that. Just rolling their eyes at me like I'm trying to steal from them! As I mentioned, I was actually back there to have dinner, and when they drought our food to the table, they still didn't bring my missing items, and I had to once again ask for them. The food was also bad! The fish was NOT crisp at all. The coleslaw was gross, and the roll was stale, not warm or soft, and the pretzel bites weren't warm or soft either! I...
