He made me and my friends very uncomfortable at the speaker and at the second window. At least we were trying to think he wasn’t be weird or creepy until he came outside.

At the speaker..all my friend said was “we are picking up three mobile orders” he was reply was fine which was “I remember you guys” then proceeded to say our names but couldn’t remember one..but it was the way he said it made us so uncomfortable. I work in food service so I understand remembering people. When we went up to the window, he was being very very creepy. He told us to pull forward but than kept us at the window..he handed us trash and made a joke about it..the way he smiled at us wasn’t in like a friendly type of way. Then we got all of our food, he told us to pull forward to wait on our cookies. So we and parked, he came outside and handed some food to another customer then came to us and he was so close to the car and said “they are wrapping up your cookies right now.” My friend who was driving..she said thank you. Then he grabbed out his vape and basically shoved it in my friend’s face saying “imma drink my coffee..imma smoke my coffee.” And laugh, than walked off and stayed outside for a few minutes than went...

On Monday, 5/27/24, 7:00pm at the Allen Park location on Southfield. I was waiting for the vehicle next to me to complete their order so I can then place my order, another vehicle pulled in and McDonald's just began to take their order and just skipped right over me. So I drove ahead thinking their speaker wasn't working, I just wanted to place my order and inform them about what happened. As I was explaining and asking if they can take my order, the drive-through lady said she has no control of who is next and began telling me how short staffed they are and that I need to just drive back around to order. They manger Lady, who was on shift walked over to the window and said theirs only 3 people working and began yell about her day and how she couldn't help me. Then she yelled over to the person behind me and began saying to them "he's the reason your food is taking long". This unsafe act of management was creating a conflict between customers. I just left because I clearly wasn't going to have my order taken. Between the poor customer service and them placing the customers lives in danger by provoking conflicts, I now lost respect for the workers at...

Hit this location almost every morning on the way to the office. Used to be really organized and really quick. Lately every time I pull up I’m asked to drive around and park. Last week was told to do so and they sent so many around, it became dangerous to park, people became trapped in spaces, waited an additional 10 minutes, got food could barely back out, and then was almost hit and smashed between a new car entering the drive thru line, and another car backing out of a spot. There are few spaces and some of them are taken up by employee vehicles. Improvements must be made as this drive thru is becoming a drive thru park and wait. Today was asked to pull around and they left out and item and gave me the wrong sandwich. I’m sure the receipts are being printed and the orders cleared to maintain speed of service numbers.
