I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. On Saturday 9/30/2023 at approximately 12:40 p.m. I went to get doughnuts for and as I left I tasted one it was solid cold and also tasted a day old. I took them back and proceeded back through the drive-thru cause no one was there. I asked for the manager when the worker came to the window, because the doughnuts are not fresh. When the manager did come to the window I have never met anyone so rude and treated so unjustly. She automatically started making false accusations towards me and told me I bring doughnuts back all the time and I wasn’t getting anything free today. At that moment now I’m upset cause it was my first time bringing doughnuts back and I have no earthly idea were this treatment is stemming from. Not once did she offer to replace the doughnuts, she went into an outrage on me and told me she didn’t want to see me back there and called the cops on me to ban me from the location just for returning unfresh doughnuts back. On this day as a customer I never felt so humiliated in my life. I was racially profiled and discriminated against. She even stated” Girl, get out and don’t come back.” I even asked her did she know me? She admitted she never seen me, she had heard about me by her employees. I’m steady telling her, you sadly have me mistakened, especially given the fact that I purchased nearly 5-8 dozen of doughnuts per month from the location and have never brought anything back or been treated so rudely as a repeat customer. I even told her since she had never seen me and made a hear say statement to take a picture of me and ask her employees, especially Nancy who I was and she refused. She repeated to continuously mistreat me for no knowledgeable reason except to only discriminate and had the Allen PD to ban me from the location for reasons she had no facts of only assumptions. Read moreWe were so excited to see that Krispy Kreme was coming to town. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is simply horrible, and I do mean horrible. Went when they first opened and they double charged me for everything that I bought. Thankfully, I could see it on the little screen so the transaction was voided and reran correctly. We chalked it up to store opening jitters. The next time we went, an employee went in about 10 steps ahead of me. She opened the door to enter herself, literally looked me in the face, and then let the door shut behind her. Third time we went in solely because the "hot" sign was on because a hot, fresh donut is always awesome, especially when it was free. We were informed rather unapologetically that they did not do that anymore. We asked the employee when did they stop doing that and he replied rather rudely "I don't know, we just don't." Fourth, and last, time the girl who helped me was clearly uninterested in the fact that I had entered the building. She seemed almost annoyed when she asked what she could get for me. No greeting, no "hello, welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" I placed my order and paid. Then she simply turned around and walked to the rear of the store to see what the other employee was doing without even saying "thank you, have a good day." Read moreIf I could give this store stars in the negative I would! I arrived at 5:45am because I had a 6:30 meeting. When I drove up the staff members looked at me through the window. I wasn't frustrated because I knew they did not open until 6am. Oh but when 6am rolled around they kept walking by the window looking outside to see if I was still there. By 6:10a another woman was there with me and they finally opened ...I walk in and they throw out some token "Oh sorry about that" I order my cold doughnuts.. (HOW ARE THEY COLD WHEN YOU JUST OPENED?) and I ordered 2 large coffees. The young lady fills one cup and say "Oh, they didn't make coffee, do you want a small? I only charged you for a small for the 2nd cup" I said yes. But, there wasn't enough for a small.. so instead she gave me a doughnut to compensate for charging me for the coffee. I am given my coffee and the cup is literally ice cold. I put the doughnuts down and open the coffee... ICE COLD YESTERDAYS COFFEE.... No apology ... no nothing I just walked out .When I drove out the poor woman that was waiting with me was still sitting in the drive thru....I don't know if I mentioned that this was for a meeting. I am from California I have never had such a ridiculous experience in any establishment let alone a Krispy Kreme. It was dirty, food on the floors it looked like the people who closed never cleaned and when they opened the box at my meeting literally 20 min later they were cold and hard....
