Food prices were a bit higher than I expected, but I was hoping to be wowed since the reviews seem to be positive. Ordering food was easy, you do it as soon as you come in and then seat yourself. Food came quickly, but.... I paid a similar price for a Supreme Pizza here that I could've also gotten elsewhere (parrys is one of my favorite chains)- and it was super.... odd. The green pepper was definitely frozen- smelled and tasted old. Wasn't great. The only upside was that it wasn't greasy. Pizza cheese was a bit odd. It didn't have the elasticity that one finds with real cheese. We ordered the wings too- also a bit pricey 21$ for 12. Now, here was the biggest issue: The chicken wings themselves were extremely fatty, poor quality chicken and had a mildew smell to them. The actual garlic parmesan and wet BBQ had great flavor, but the chicken quality killed it. My son's calzone came with extremely watery marinade sauce. His calzone was humongous though, enormous portion.

The staff seems friendly, but a few were dressed... interestingly for a child friendly place.

All in all, if the price was lower than I would understand the quality of the food. I equate the food here to be, and I apologize for the harshness, to be lower than Chuck E Cheese. Guests seem to have a good time, not sure if it's the food or just thebrelaxing nature of the establishment. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to this...

HORRIBLE PIZZA AND MANAGEMENT!

I ordered from this place because of the “reviews”. It sounded so wonderful. When the pizza was delivered it barely had anything on it. Each topping that was was supposed to be on it - there was a couple of slices of bell peppers and it was the same for each topping. VERY skimpy toppings! The pizza box was so light when I first took it, I wondered immediately before I opened it if something was not right. I called the pizza establishment and talked to Bryce - at least this is what he told me - he wasn’t interested AT ALL in correcting the pizza. I spent $30! It was the worst pizza I have ever had! I asked them when I ordered if I could replace black olives for green olives. They took off the black olives and charged me extra for green olives! Their attitude was of no interest whatsoever in making ANYTHING right. He absolutely DID NOT CARE AT ALL! I told him I would contact my credit card about it. He told me they had “proof” that I signed my receipt so it would not matter. I asked him repeatedly to make me a better pizza. He didn’t care in the least. I asked him if the owner would prefer a bad review to just re-doing it. He didn’t care! The pizza was terrible and the manager was worse. Horrible and...

We ordered pizza for delivery. I live less then 5 min away we gave house #415. We were busy painting so we ordered delivery. The driver called said he could not find the house we again gave the address with directions. He called again talked with my 17 year old gradaughrer for 15 min trying to find our house. I took the phone again gave clear directions and house address told him we are directly across the street on the other side of 75 from 5th stree pizza. After almont 1 1/2 hours I went across to 5th street. The boy behind the counter gave me some phony address. I told him I talk to you on the phone at least three times as well as give you directions. That is not the address that we gave him no less then 4 different time as well as cross street. he tells me well there's your two pizzas COLD on the counter right there. Really I could not believe my ears. I told him to cancel my order I did not want COLD pizza that's not the kind of service I would expect to get from fifth Street pizza or any pizza restaurant. I've never ordered delivery before I've always brought my family into eat but we won't be in to eat there any more!! Well go to Joe's bistro Where they are at least polite to their customers and have...

This place is magical. A unique style of pizza called St. Louis Style that is amazing. A thin crust pizza with provel cheese which is a blend/combo of smoky white cheddar, provolone and swiss. Cheese is the difference maker. To start, try the toasted ravioli (deep fried meat ravioli with red sauce) and finish off with a slice of gooey butter cake for dessert! The atmosphere is 80's classic rock with all sorts of vinyl record album covers decorating the walls. Life sized statues of The Blues Brothers greet you on the way into the restaurant. If you are not eating at the restaurant, here is a pro tip - get a take and bake!! It is a partially cooked pizza where you can take it home and finish cooking it at your home. Why? You want the thin crust pizza super hot! A personal favorite of mine.

This review was solely based on one order. We did not dine inside so I could not rate the interior. My boyfriend purchased three large pizzas for a child's birthday party. One cheese, one hamburger, and one with everything on it, as well as a liter soda. It totaled a little over 60 dollars. Completely outrageous pricing for such thin pizza. The flavors were just okay. They reminded me of a pre frozen pizza or something cheaper than what they offer for the price. Honestly we should have just gone with Papa John's at that point. If the prices were decent, I would have brought it up a star. The crust was so thin, the pizza ripped in weird pieces by themselves.

Being from St. Louis it is very hard to find great Italian Food and Pizza in DFW. I am so glad a family friend told us about 5th Street Pizza. We had a wonderful experience, staff and owner were amazing. I was also super thrilled that they are celiac friendly, and were able to make a Thin Crust St Louis Style Pizza for my wife. I will be eating pizza for 5th street from now on. Life long customer has been made. Changing my review because now they won’t deliver to my home. Which is just right outside their boundaries of Allen. Tried a number of times to call up to talk to the manager. Keep getting the run around.
