Hermano’s Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Allen

I will start by saying this is one of my favorite places to eat in Allen and has been for 10+ years. Last Thursday I was treating poorly by wait staff and completely disguisted by management. I was at Mexigo for almost 3 hours. In that time my table was checked on maybe a total of 4 times. Once by management. When management checked on me in was very obvious I was livid. He in no way tried to make the situation better. Told him I had been thirsty since before my food arrived over 30 minutes prior. He seemed very annoyed And told me to be patient my server was busy. After that drink I waited over 30 more minutes to hear from my server again. I ordered another drink with my check. Which also took a stupid amount of time. During which time the manager was standing 20 feet in front of me in his grey chef coat purposely ignoring me while I was waving him down for my check. Complained to him another time which went no where. I love Mexigo but if you have idiots like this running your restaurant I'll make sure to never spend money in this place again unless Jesus is working. I've never not tipped a server but I felt it was very necessary. Then I was approached by the server and asked why he wasn't tipped which was very innapropriate. All around a horribly ran resteraunt. The staff greeted us warmly and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure our needs were met promptly and with a smile.
