I was really excited for the grand opening and went around 5 PM to grab a smash burger. First of all, the entire room was filled with smoke—it was hard to breathe, and it got extremely hot inside, especially with the crowd. It was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in.

I was under the impression there would be free cheeseburgers or smash burgers for the event, but I ended up being charged $14 for a double smash burger—no fries, no drink, just the sandwich. After waiting about 40 minutes, I finally got my order, and it was completely burned, dry, and had no flavor at all. The bun was small and underwhelming.

Everyone around me was complaining—long wait times, wrong orders, and general confusion. There were plenty of staff members, but it seemed like no one knew what they were doing.
