Cute looking place! The food was OK, nothing to write home about. The menu is short though. For apps we got the Mozzarella Planks. They were good! We also got French Onion Soup - it was lukewarm and nothing special. My mom didn’t even eat hers.

My Chicken Fricassee was decent. The chicken was crisp but not enough Orzo to fill you up. The Cabernet Braised Short Rib was good!!! The Fish & Chips was edible. Mid-meal, we asked for tartar sauce and we NEVER got it. Mind you, we were never asked even ONE TIME how the meal is/was.

My wine glass was dirty and spotted with some gross stuff on the outside. (See video)

Here comes dessert….. well, sort of. But we ordered!!! We ordered crème brûlée and a molten lava cake with 1 coffee. 10 minutes later, he comes back and says there is no crème brûlée. A few minutes after that he returns and we ordered the cheesecake instead. We started the timer on our iPhone and it took 18 minutes for one cup of coffee to come out. Kept the timer running, dessert finally comes out 27 minutes 47 seconds later… (as pictured) $12 per dessert. Wasn’t even good. It wasn’t even worth it.

My mom & step-dad who dined with us left mid-way through dinner because it took so long…

The place was not that busy and there were plenty of waiters.

There are serious server issues here. I understand food quality isn’t the server’s fault. However the service is the servers’s fault. And the service was very minimal and not even existent. It was very disheartening and had there been better service, there would be more drinks ordered, more appetizers, etc. I understand the server was smiley and trying to be nice, but it’s unacceptable to act as a server. He had an excuse every time he came over.

We exclaimed our unhappiness and the waiter took off drinks & desserts.

Overall, I won’t be returning and it was disappointing. I do respect the waiter trying to make it right by discounting the...

I drove 1 hour to get to The Dime in Allentown, PA as my wife and I enjoy experiencing different dining venues and foods. I called to make a reservation but was put on hold as soon as they picked up the phone. I waited for a good 10 minutes before hanging up and just walked in after finding parking. When I arrived there at around 5pm there was a pretty good crowd in the bar area with a live DJ, Lights and all. I was looking forward for their happy hour drinks before sitting and dining. Unfortunately they told me and my wife that there was a private event at the bar area and only the restaurant menu was available. I asked if we can still order drinks from the bar for happy hour (4p-6pm) I was told we were unable to order from the bar (happy hour cocktails). So we settled for an early dinner and restaurant cocktail menu which didn’t give much options. The vibe was industrial decor and pleasant views from the third floor but nothing to really brag about. Our server “Stacy” was welcoming and friendly plus attentive and hospitable. The food was okay , served large portions and sharable. Drinks were good but nothing wow in my opinion. Not somewhere I would return or even recommend unless you are staying at the attached Renaissance Hotel or going to an event at the PPL Arena. I would not go out of my way again for this place especially since I didn’t feel accommodated for drinks at the bar and felt forced to dine upon arrival. It’s all about how the place makes me feel in my opinion and this place wasn’t a dime for me , no...

By far one of the WORST breakfast experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Server was very pleasant but overwhelmed clearly inadequate staffing for such a large place there was one server and one chef. I stood at the wait desk for about 5min before the chef yelled from the kitchen she’ll be with you in a moment. A moment turned into a long awkward wait. Obviously service was subpar (understaffed so expected) however I was not offered refills, checked on, and the manager standing 10ft away on a computer and or toppit fe off bar items. Coffee came after about ten mins and with no cream or sugar. I asked for these things and they were never brought. At all. I went and got them myself from another table. Cream I got the from the bar manager which took another 5 to 10mins.

The server had a table of 15 and an entire restaurant he should’ve been helping her. I typically don’t complain but wow this was bad. Waited for my breakfast, it was a grease plate. I ordered eggs over medium they were awful. No flipped and way over cooked no soft yolk at all. Bacon was definitely not drained and cooked in old grease.

I went to pay and they wouldn’t accept my Apple Card. Literally the physical card. It also declined by banks business card. Outrageous. I am a prominent business owner in the area. My cards are not declining. How embarrassing!

It annoyed me that the manager sat at the bar and did not assist. I can’t imagine what that table of 15 is going...
