They think they’re slick unplugging their router every single night around 2am so they don’t have to do any work. I know that trick, but I’ve only used it a half hour before closing to not get that last minute online order. They do it every night and they’re open 24 hours. It’s always “cash only, our credit card machine is down” and “we’re not receiving any online delivery orders because blah blah blah”. Plug it back in and it’ll work, but that also means you have to work so why would you do that? At least answer your phone so I don’t have to drive 15-20 minutes there to hear an excuse. One time I pulled up and there was one car at the speaker. They waited about 10-15 minutes to even greet them and by that time there was a line out to the street. I think they did it purposely to appear busier than they were. Pretty much all McDonald’s locations are sub-par with the slow moving and dismissive staff that doesn’t even acknowledge you’re there, but this one makes me really mad way more often than any other location. Where is management? I was a manager and service times and great customer service were 2 of the main priorities. There’s none of that at McDonald’s, this one is only worse than most, sadly not even all of them. If you’re a manager and have hour long service times late nights at a “fast food” place, you should have been fired a long time ago. You know the patterns, staff accordingly and train your employees to move with a sense of urgency. These people don’t even care that it’s busy, they’ll move like there’s no standards because apparently there aren’t any at McDonald’s because PEOPLE STILL ORDER THIS GARBAGE! Nothing will ever get done about it until they start losing money which doesn’t seem like will ever happen so they will continue to be lazy and not care about anything or anyone at all. South side Bethlehem is the only good one in the Valley, at least for late nights. The lady there can get a little sassy but that’s completely fine with me because she can do everything by herself as she has for a long time unlike these horrible employees at all the other locations. That’s all it takes McDonald’s, one good employee! I’ve actually heard about people getting turned down for being OVERQUALIFIED! It’s so unbelievable that they are trying to have terrible service. I only chance it once in a while if I know there’s no line. If I pull up and there’s at least 4-5 cars, I unassign my order and leave because I’m not waiting an hour for a couple bucks. Stop sucking so bad and do your job please. It’s not hard, I did it way better than you when I was 15. Busy times are called rushes for a reason, it means hurry up because...
Read moreAs of last 10 years I been going to McDonald's just for the chicken mcnuggets. I love their chicken mcnuggets. That time it was the old style French fries . since then I have not eaten their French fries. in 10 years because they are too thick and I do not like the potato skin to be on the potatoes I prefer the old McDonald's that started making them when they were just thin not these stick ones so I have not gotten their fries at all.
Couple months ago my friend got me to have one of their mcfish sandwich that i never had until then. I like the fish sandwich ! Recently I had their European Burger that was not good at all very disappointed in that I had the French fries from that menu they had bacon cheese sauce and thin French fries which is Possibly the old take on the old McDonald's French fries. The combination just wasn't a good one. The mcflurry that they had Was too sweet and just didn't have good taste to it. I haven't been to this Donald's since they leveled the old one And rebuilt this one is really nice inside. You can order your own food at self service order Pads. If it wasn't for the fact of knowing that I was in McDonald's the interior look like a regular restaurant except for with the McDonald's posters and stuff hanging around even the outside doesn't look like McDonald's use to be it in you look like to make the olds until they actually put the signs on the outside as when they are construct again I drove by it didn't look like a McDonald's. Who ever came up with this concept of store I praise him for doing that is a great take away from the old looking McDonald's design. There is clean inside well organized know Dustin her or dirt. Then please were friendly...
Read moreBy far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Day shift there is okay, however I have had issues with them serving expired food multiple times, (breakfast sandwiches with stickers that say expired at 10 A.M. and getting them at 2:00 P.M). I have reached out to McDonald's corporate multiple times regarding this location and have heard nothing back. I also reached out to Columbia Associates who are the franchise owners and received a voicemail telling me to call back and discuss this, but when I called back and left another voicemail, nobody ever got back to me. Night shift is a whole different beast, the night crew here is absolutely atrocious. I have gone to this location a lot at night and every single time it is a disaster. Be mindful this is a 24/7 location, I have been there at least 3 times where the store was just closed, like lights off nobody there closed. At least five times I've been there at night where I've been told "Sorry the grills are malfunctioning" or "Our credit card system and ordering system are not working." Orders are constantly messed up as well, I'm talking once, I got a burger with no beef patty, just a bun with ketchup, onions and pickle. Overlooking all of that, this location is absolutely the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I'm talking a 20 to 30 minute wait at night, which is unreal. If this location was not the closest McDonald's to where I live, I would never ever go here. Somebody needs to step in and overhaul this...
