Don’t tell too many people about this place because they’re probably the only good restaurant in a 25 mile radius. They are the one of the only restaurants around that has real food. Unprocessed or minimally. It is always made fresh and hot! The salad is always cut fresh and is delicious. The chicken gyros are so so good. The chicken platters are generous portions. The pitas are always just right. The staff is always so nice. The food comes out faster than any other restaurant around. Every restaurant in the Lehigh valley needs to take notes from them. They are even open late when most other places aren’t. Would you rather go across the street to McDonald’s where the food will take an hour waiting in a drive thru with fumes? Or would you rather eat at dunkin across from there where the food tastes greasy? Or would you rather go down the street to subway where the food may hurt your stomach? Or would you rather come to blazing hot where the food is made fresh, fast, and makes you feel good and well nourished afterwards? You make the decision. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else, and I am so glad they are here. If I could give 10 stars I would! But then it would get too crowded and I wouldn’t want that because I don’t like big crowds. This is place to eat and nothing around it even compares. I can’t forget their mango lassi, it’s a flavor out of this world. Although a little pricey but well worth it. You can’t get food late at night, super fresh, and fast around here in the Lehigh valley. It’s never been done before so this is unprecedented success in my eyes. I came here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and the 1 other guy said he came here 3x just today! They even had people from Popeyes and their competitors from other halal spots eating in here. I had the pleasure of trying their mixed platter and Chicken cheesesteak. The meat in the mix platter was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, and delicious and of course I got the hot sauce. As for the chicken cheesesteak it was perfectly seasoned in Mediterranean spices and like I said before of course I ordered it hot . The meat and the mix platter was served over a bed of fragrant rice with a generous selection of fresh sides and a signature sauces, it was a truly satisfying and well-rounded meal. There sauces, ranging from creamy and mild to bold and zesty hot, allowed for a customizable experience, adding another layer of enjoyment to each bite.

What impressed me most was the freshness of the ingredients. The vibrant salads were crisp, and everything tasted like it was prepared with care. It's clear that they must prioritizes quality, and it shines through in the bold and flavorful taste of their meals.
