Ray's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

I had just called Rays "famous" pizza. Let me start by saying I have been going to rays about every other week as it is only a block away. The past 3 times I had went there, they had arguments going on with the other employs or a delivery driver. I wasn't going to post anything about that but after today, I'm starting to see a trend. Today I had called twice, both times when I called I was put on hold. The 1st time i was on hold and it seemed they forgot about me. The 2nd time I was told to "give him a second". After over 9 minutes of listening to them take others orders as the phone rang in (7 orders) the guy comes back. I told him it's been almost 10 minutes and he's been taking 7 other orders. knowing my order will now be delivered after all of the orders I had just listened too. They guy goes " it's to bad, we are the only people open today and that it is what it is in other words". I felt totally disrespected and am no longer giving them the benefit of the doubt. Very unprofessional and now I see why every time that I go there they are all arguing with each other. There was even a broken bottle of something on the floor when I came in. I had a great coupon deal from Uber eats, so I splurged and ordered from Rays for the first time ever. I was really disappointed. The pizza crust was absolutely soggy, and the pizza had barely any sauce, and no flavor. I tried doctoring it up myself, added mozarella cheese, garlic salt and oregano, but it was still lousy. And the soggy crust wasn't something I could "repair". Also got cheese fries, which were soggy and flavorless, they literally just had canned cheese sauce dumped on top, I hate canned cheese. Usually most places mention in their menu if they'll be using "whiz" instead of real cheese. I wouldn't have ordered them if I'd known.... and the chicken cheese steak was OK, I added my own spices and cheese, which made it edible enough. But I definitely won't be ordering food from here again. What good is a "special" discount, if I end up throwing out 3/4's of my food.... The delivery person was top notch.
