Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Allentown

Why is it that every Rita's has a tiny parking lot that's awkward to maneuver AND no space for a line of people, so they end up in the parking lot?? This location is usually less busy than the others nearby, but it's among the worst when it comes to people being stuck in the way of cars trying to park or leave.

Besides that, it's Rita's, if you've been to one you've been to them all. It's been a while since i went to one, and since then there's been a lot of new ice and even custard flavors.

Another thing i notice is that's there's always bees outside of every Rita's. This one wasn't so bad, but that probably changes...

Literally just left this Rita’s on Emmaus Avenue was at the window ordering and their was two girls by the ice cream and the one girl was literally dipping her personal spoon in a few different ice creams and eating them in front of customers without changing her spoon putting all her germs in every one she touched and was just laughing and yes I said something cause that’s who I am and the boys gave us our whole ordered for $2 it’s not everyone that works there just certain ones who like to be cute in front of...

On first day of spring, Rita's free Italian ice day made for a very, very busy day. There were lines out to the street and snaking around with many families as well. The young lady at the 1st window from the right - inspite of the very busy day, repeated questions from customers about what is included - welcomed everyone with professionalism, courtesy, and with a genuine smile!
