It's alright when rush. Despite the fact that it is an authentic Mexican taqueria one (who has lived in Texas and Mexico) can tell their tortillas are from a bag, the meat is always preheated so you never will have a fresh taste. The small place needs a full cleaning in the tables section. The people who takes the order and cook seems like family and are always very respectful. They also Have Mexican traditional pan (bakery bread) However, one thing very uncomfortable is the payment method (as in many other restaurants and small bodegas) they want Ca$h and the tell you right out the reasons . I asked the guy behind the counter if they made tacos, he said yes and immediately went back to watching the football game that was already on in the store I then said that I would like 4 tacos (two for me, two for a friend) no onions no guacamole . I was then told that they were only sold in 3's No problem I paid 9.60 and was very uncomfortable while waiting for them. When I did get my food I got home I was further let down because the meat was supposed to be steak I have never seen steak look or taste like pet food until visiting this place and,there were two containers of guacamole. Read moreThe pernil in my order was forgotten, had to drive back to get it. After getting back home and tasting the food that I purchased, the pernil was cold, not even a little bit warm. It had no flavor, the fat on it didn’t have flavor either which is usually where the flavor is at. The rice was good but looked dry and maybe reheated. The pinto beans were flavorful.
