Crown Fried Chicken & Grill — Restaurant in Allentown

I called at 430pm on a Sunday after noon. I stated I would like to get delivery. They said I have to order $40 minimum to get delivery because they had to arrange a delivery driver for me? You offer delivery 7 days a week on your menu. Plus their food isn't too expensive so $40 minimum is a lot of food and a lot of money to be giving for delivery for one person. 4 years ago when i ordered food it then was fresh. The Cook prepared food with care and was very friendly. Fast forward to recently i ordered fried fish combo with French fries and the quality and taste of the food was disgusting disappointing. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had paid extra for the large ten piece jumbo shrimp, I only got seven pieces. I called the established only to be yelled at my the 'manager', who had a thick accent when I wanted to sort the issue. I never mentioned a refund and the man told me to contact grubhub and hung up on me when I asked for the manager to speak to. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Never been treated this...
