The Guy at the Register is Very polite, and patient, GREAT attitude, but the Actual Foreign Repair guy has proven to be Dishonest, Irritable, and Half-Assed. I went in for a sim slot swap because I broke mine, and when I got my phone back it was badly scratched by where he pried it open, he tried to say it was like that, which I KNOW it wasn’t, because I pay close attention to my devices condition, as they don’t make minis anymore. Also, the screen on the phone was protruding to the point the screen was higher than the raised lips of the phone case, he claimed it was supposed to be that way, then changed his story to he changed my screen protector and his was thicker(Would have ABSOLUTELY NO reason to do that for a sim slot swap)(and I could tell it was the same screen protector I put on) I believe he broke the pins where screen connects which is why it wasn’t flush. And his attempt to make the scratches right was scribbling Sharpie over them. Pathetic. The front counter guy deserves a better, honest company...

EAGLE TEC PRE-INSTALLS SCREEN PROTECTORS ON PHONES TO HIDE THE SCRATCHES AND SCUFFS ON IT. YET THEIR ADS ON OFFERUP ALL SAY "LIKE NEW CONDITION". THAT IS WHY 95% OF THEIR PHONES COME WITH PRE-INSTALLED SCREEN PROTECTORS,, TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THE PHONE REALLY IS IN "LIKE NEW CONDITION" BUT ONCE YOU TAKE SCREEN PROTECTOR OFF YOU'LL SEE HOW BAD THE SCREEN REALLY IS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY, GREEDY PLACE!!!

UPDATE: You give warranty to fix internal issues with the phone. You do absolutely NOTHING for scratched phones you sell. Once again, you sell as is with the screen protector covering it to make it look as “like new”. Stop with the lies. You place screen protectors on your phones and once you ask if the guy at the counter if he can take the screen protector off, multiple scratches are revealed. I’ve seen this with...
