Slightly high on some, yet slightly low on other pricing. Parking wasn’t bad at all, maybe we hit it at the right day and time. Was slightly disappointed, from reading other reviews it seemed as if the selection was going to be larger. However understand that market changes with cost and availability, I should have called before taking the trip. Not their fault, just had gotten hopes up for something they didn’t have anymore. Got some snow crab which turned out great, some large shrimp which were good, a few different types of fish which all seemed to be fresh and turned out tasting good. We also got some salads and soups, salad was great, the lobster bisque was good, however the cream of crab was sherry with cream. The only truly poor product we got. I go to Todd’s at least twice a month. I’d go more often but I don’t live that close. I honestly can’t tell you what my favorite is there. Could it be the crab cakes, shrimp, garlic shrimp, lobster tails, halibut, scallops, clams or blue fin tuna I got once that was a special offering one day? Or is it the oyster stew, chowders, seafood salads or clam pies? Or perhaps it’s the seafood platters we got at Thanksgiving and Christmas ( that I’d rather eat than the traditional holiday meals) or the stuffed lobster tails on Mother’s Day. Todd’s staff is amazing. They are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They aim to please by offering recommendations and cooking instructions if it’s something new you’re trying. Came here on Monday, unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a seafood market, the staff is friendly but aren’t properly trained on what fresh seafood is. We spent $70 hoping to have a delicious seafood dinner. Upon reaching home and opening the salmon, scallops and shrimp all smelled at least 5-6 days old, extremely rancid smelling. Either that or their fridges went down for the night and everything rotted and they opted to still sell the product. My mistake as well for not getting a receipt for the purchase and trusting this business or else I would have definitely returned everything for a refund.
