Finally was able to order from this location. For the last 2-3 years, no exaggeration, wherever I would go there would be a problem where they weren't serving food. From machines being down, not enough employees, they would come up with any reason why they weren't serving food. You can't go inside, only the drive thru and when I was there you could only pay with cash. I don't understand how they are still open while. They pay people to sit there and tell you that they can't do certain things so they aren't serving food... then why have an open sign and 4-5 employees sitting inside eating. And this seriously had been every single time I would try to go for years. They said they were short staffed so they couldn't take orders, they've said the machine is down so they couldn't take others. Read moreI was very displeased with my experience this morning. First of all, when I arrived to the drive through to order, I had to wait way too long. This very well could be because or lack of staffing. Being in the food industry myself I can understand this and accept it. When the employee finally came on the intercom, as I placed my order, after everything I said they responded with "anything else?" With the most rude tone I have ever heard. As I tried to order one order of French toast sticks, they kept saying 3 orders, where I had to respond multiple times with, only one order. When I finally got to the window, which also took forever, the same employee clearly seemed to hate their job and it showed. Read moreWent through the drive thru with mobile ordes already placed and it took them over 40 minutes to give me my food. Also I could see all the dumb highschool kids inside wasting time. Especially a girl with red hair that in my opinion should be fired as soon as possible because not only did she ignore us for over 15 min at the window she proceeded to also drop our food because she was to afraid to break a nail and hand us the bag the right way. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she slammed the window in my face. That being said that entire crew of good for nothing kids should be fired and not allowed to work with food ever again. Not one person in there was wearing gloves, masks or hair nets. It was the most unsanitary place we ever been to...
