Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alma

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!! THIS IS NOT HOW A MANAGER SHOULD RUN THEIR STORE. as a person that has worked fast food for a little while. I can honestly say this manager does NOT know how to handle this store. FIRST of all the first pizza I ordered had BLACK olives on it along with other toppings for the $9.99 deal and then my other order (separate) had onions and green olives on half. I took my time on the first order so I KNOW it wasn't messed up! But hey mix ups happen and the store called me I spoke to the employee explained the 2 separate orders 2 or 3 times. Employee said alright we will get them made and I'll talk to my manager but ur pizzas will be made. I said thank u and we hung up. So my grandpa goes to pick up the pizzas drives all the way back home for them to give me 2 of the same pizzas (thank goodness no one was allergic to what we had on the pizza) so I called back spoke to the manager explained what happen and she said well that's what we have on the screen for ur order mind u the person previously said I'll just delete the extra one on the other order (that was the same) so the manager wouldn't make it right what so ever. And to top it all off WE WEREN'T THE ONES THAT PAID FOR THE PIZZA someone ELSE paid for our messed up order. And the manager said well we gave u the one for free. Which tells me that some people were just trying to cover their mistakes. NOT THRILLED this place use to be super nice and understanding and has now went down hill very fast. Just opened my bread sticks, and there's 2 missing!! As I got to the store to pick up the order, all of the employees were all outside! Horrible customer service!! Pizza still tastes...

Honestly? Working there absolutely horrendous. The management changed three times in four months, and each time a new General Manager came in there was always a string of people getting fired for various reasons. Those who weren't "best friends" per say, with management were treated like scum. I'll admit the food is good, but do you realize how many times they don't wash their hands in a single shift? How your pizza dough has been sitting upon that rack for hours maybe? How if something goes past its expiration date, the management just wants you to switch out the date for a later one? How the dishes that your pizza is made upon never get washed? Also, the place is never properly cleaned. Not sure if the oven has ever been cleaned but you should just pray that the burnt cheese sticking to the top of it doesn't fall onto your pizza. Also- they don't put things into the right oven, so just be sure to check for raw dough before you bite into your...

SEE PHOTOS Ordered an Italian sub, Parmesan bites with five cheese dipping sauce, lava cakes and Alfredo pasta. It took an hour to get delivered, ok, it’s a Saturday evening. Everything is burnt!! The five cheese dipping sauce was so over cooked, you couldn’t dip anything in it. And there was barely anything there. Tried stirring it with a fork and the little thin layer of “sauce” that was there, crumbled and was stuck to the pan it came in. The Alfredo pasta was burnt, and barely had any sauce. The Italian sandwich was burnt and literally had nothing on one end of the sandwich. Haven’t tried the lava cakes yet, but they are hard as a rock around the edges.
