Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alma

Very rude manager named Mike. Told me that he and his driver tried calling me when I had the ringer on hi and phone by my side while waiting outside for the driver. Then he called me a lier. I am a over the road truck driver stuck at the truck stop. I had no problem ordering the evening before and it was delivered without a hitch. You are only as good as who you employ. *Update * Just tried to order a pizza for delivery. Gentleman answered giving the phone to the manager. Who stated that they will still not deliver a pizza to me. Don't deal with this nitwit named Mike. I know that his delivery driver never showed up or never call. I even called my service provider and they said they didn't see any calls coming in from those...

I hate even doing this but here we go. It just so happens to be my and my spouse’s anniversary, so naturally my husband asks for a heart shaped pie, for me, since it’s our anniversary, and dude was like no we’ve nEvEr done that, ok cool, “no worries”,.. so we continue ordering and u can noticeably tell guy is already annoyed and being rude. Rude to the point I decided to call them back and cancel the order. This deserves a review on its own, so I ask for the GM by name, given I have worked for him at a different location, was told I had the wrong number so I asked for the manager in charge, he says I am the manager. Had an issue with the Domino's app sending my order 35 miles away from this store. I was pretty upset with the app because i used my points for a free pizza and ended up having to call the other store to cancel. I wanted the store manager to stay on the line to explain to Devon, the manager here, what was going on. He did not want to do that. Well some time after making my point I requested that Devon call the other store and he did. He was calm even though I was a bit heated.
