We bought nuggets after asking the cashier if there was a difference between the premium nuggets and regular. They told us premium was bigger so we went ahead with that. What we received was so hard to process, it literally turned my stomach. We spent nearly $6 (making each nugget a $1/pc) for nuggets that were hardly bigger than the size of a quarter. I am not usually confrontational but I figured a mistake must have been made. When I went up and asked the staff, a man working the kitchen stated that all nuggets were same, regardless of premium vs regular and they came in varying sizes technically. He stated "I tried to give you some of the bigger pieces." I held up a nugget and asked him if this was seriously $1.00 per nugget hoping they would understand the ridiculousness of the situation and do something to make it right. The lady that took my order shrugged and said, "yeah." Seconds of silence passed. I finally said, "okay..." and went to sit back down since it was obvious these people cared nothing about our experience tonight, nothing about the expense we paid for our family to eat out. It definitely ruined the experience. The whole time I was eating, I just kept thinking how my sandwich cost half of what the nuggets did. Even though I come to this place regularly, I'm done. This was just not right. I don't like to complain. Tonight I actually found the courage to say something because it just felt so wrong and I was met only with indifference. This may seem silly, but it felt so unjust to charge $1 per nugget. Look at the pic! Lol. This was not even our smallest nugget. Our family will not be returning unfortunately.

This guy "Gary" was rude beyond words. Myself, husband and baby were ordering and he told me No multiple times when wanting to upgrade the side when i was willing to pay more. Then told me he couldn't hear me because I was whispering and told me what i said was not what i actually said (i know this sounds more liberal than it sounds, but it was the way he said it). My husband and I looked at each other completely offended and told him that was rude which in turn he said that it wasn't. I wish I would have recorded this. We said we were going to go else where and he mockingly waved and said goodbye, bye all the while laughing. I told him i was going to make a complaint and he said he didnt care because he was the owner. I took a picture on the way out. Also the manager behind him that was telling this Gary how to put items into the computer looked at us like we were in the wrong. Im not sure why, but I really feel like we were wronged in this whole situation.

I don't know if someone is new and doesn't know how to make sandwiches or if they're just giving half the meat or what. This is what my sandwich looked like and the same for the other orders. All meat on half of the sandwiches regardless of the type of sandwich. Only took a pic of mine. It was a order to go or I would have asked what the deal was. Really sad because they did a good job prior but the past 3 times I've been they've really slipped. I didn't even get to eat because I wasn't about to try and reorganize a Ruben in a car and didn't want to eat just meat or just sauerkraut. It was late afternoon and they weren't even busy, so no excuse for this poor job. Not good Arby's... Not good. **Edit I wasted my time giving feedback with the response link, never heard a thing back. I don't go to Arby's anymore, and won't, obviously they don't care.**
