Loved Bruster's Ice Cream and had refused to have it anywhere else if I decided to indulge. No longer will be the case after tonight. My son ordered a brownie sundae and I a regular fudge Sundae. My son showed me his bowl and it was just 1/2 filled and I could see the brownie, and some white stuff over it. Which supposed was cream. My fudge Sundae I remember really feeling satisfied after having it, to the pint that I used to feel guilty having a high calorie item. but now it was barely any quantity and left me craving for another. Needless to say, at that point I realized that although they say 2 scoops..it's like that the scoop circumference has reduced. So basically an eyewash. And the cost has increased given inflation. I have no issue paying the extra cos of inflation. But paying extra for less. That is basically stiffing the customer.
Never going here again. I'm sure this is the same in all Bruster's. So disappointed and angry that I...
Read moreWorst place to visit. Ice cream is reasonable though. You would be lucky enough to get a good person at the counter. I have been served by a new girl today. No work ethics, putting her nails and fingers in the empty cup, failed to understand the order at first attempt. Charges me for 3 scoops whereas we ordered only two and took one empty cup to pour some extra scoop from the big cup which she misunderstood and because she put that scoop in the empty cup not us; they charged 3 scoops whereas we ate only two. Upon explaining everything to the other senior person; instead of being apologetic he said because we pour it for you which I absolutely didn’t ask. We have to charge you for 3. I’m their regular customer. Once a week is a sure visit. Sometimes we end up coming twice. They lost a loyal customer that too for just $4 👎🏻 I even give a tip every time which would have been more than $4 in...
Read moreI recently visited Buster's Ice Cream Place and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The teenage girls working there seemed very slow and lacked a strong work ethic. It was evident that they were not focused on their tasks, which resulted in longer wait times for customers.
Additionally, I found the staff to be unwelcoming and unprofessional. There was little enthusiasm or friendliness in their interactions, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. It’s important for a business, especially one that serves families and children, to have staff who are not only efficient but also engaging.
I believe Buster's could greatly benefit from hiring better staff who are motivated and dedicated to providing excellent service. With some improvements in this area, I think the overall experience could be much...
