I had a very poor experience over the phone. Late night Uber order. I call them and ask if I could come pick up my order because Uber was pushing back my delivery time and it had already been 30 minutes. She said to contact Uber. I had no delivery person so I couldn’t contact them. I contacted Uber customer support and they said I could cancel or wait. If I did pick it up l would have to notify them and they would refund delivery fees. So I said I would pick it up and then I called the restaurant. Well I told this woman what had happened, attempted to. She cut me off several times She asked me my name, TWICE and said it isn’t here I don’t see it. And I said so someone picked it up? She said idk I think so... what was your name again? The first one? so I say I’m coming to get it and that I needed her to contact Uber and let them know someone picked it up. She says I’m sorry what happened again? Asked for my name again and as I begin to explain to her and asked if she would just listen after several attempts of communicating with her on what I needed from her end. After trying to explain what my issue she cut me off and said well it isn’t here and your problem is with Uber. Terrible customer service. My name is Epiphany btw. Very distinctive. You think she’d know who or if someone picked up my order. I’m not sure who you were picking up the phone Friday evening but as a bartender who has to handle Uber eats along with a busy bar, your attitude and service was terrible. The pizza itself was about a 6/10. There's better competition in the area.

This place had a confusing and inefficient online pickup system. When I first walked in, there were 2 people sitting on the benches in the front, waiting to pick up their orders. Pretty soon after, one of the employees came out, said one of the guy's names, gave him his food, and he walked out. This was my first time here, so I assumed that's how the pickup system worked. I sat on one of the benches and waited for about 20 minutes, well past the estimated pickup time for my online order. Eventually I got tired of waiting and got in the regular line. Once I got to the front, I asked for the status of my order, and it was just sitting there on the shelf probably for quite a while. I guess they just threw it in there and forgot about it.

It would have been nice to have some indication of where/how I was supposed to pick the order up or what the status of it was, like a sign on the front counter that says "Takeout Pickup Here" or "Ask for Takeout Order Pickup". It's frustrating; I feel like I wasted time for no real reason, just for the food to...

OK I really like pizza, the worst pizza I ever had was still pizza so I've tried many different ones. That being said I have no idea why they get the reviews they get because to me this was a Domi.....pizza at twice the price. First I ordered on line for pickup , the pickup window of when your order will be ready is 20 MINUTES, you mean to tell me you can't estimate any better then that? Other places do. One thing I found interesting is they actually tell you in inches what size the pizza is because we all know 'Large' does not mean the same from place to place, well my 14' pizza was only 13". The hand tossed crust tasted and looked like Domi crust plus they need better training on how to put the toppings on the pizza, most of them were more toward the center of the pizza. Plus not sure what kind of cheese they use but good pizza when you bite into in the cheese stretches, NOT this pizza. Also had the wings, they would get a 3 star, they]seem to more pressure cook their wings and I like them crispy and you cannot get that cooking them like this. My conclusion I live in N. Fulton and WAY better places around here...
