My total experience at this location was a disaster. Let me explain my total experience at this location. On 11/05/2021, I placed an Uber Eats ordered from this location at 7:15 pm. After I noticed that 3 different drivers attempt to pick up my order and they couldn’t. I finally got a call from one of the drivers @ 9:30 pm (over 2 hours later). I got a call from one of the drivers that advised that they didn’t have any more roast beef and they canceled my order. By this time, it was too late to order for anywhere else and a call from the restaurants’ will have been nice to advise that they didn’t have one of the items from my order. This is unacceptable!!! But I decided to get this location another chance but this experience was even worse. On 11/07/2021, I placed the same order that attempted to place a few days ago through their website and decided to go to the location myself to pick up the order via curbside. I placed my order at 3:05 pm and it advised that my order will be ready @ 3:35 pm. I arrived at the location @ 3:35 pm and used the link in the email to advise that I was there via curbside. At 3:45 pm, after sitting for a while, I had to call the restaurant 3 times before anyone pick up the phone, after finally, someone answered, I advised the person I was there to pick up my order. He stated that they will be out in a “few”. At 4 pm, I noticed one never came to bring me my order. I went inside the restaurant. I tried to ask the cashier the status of my order but he was on his cellphone and didn’t address me until 2-3 mins after he finished his phone conversation on his cell phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (RED FLAG). I then walked toward the hostess station and found that she was being very rude to other customers in the lobby that was waiting for their pickup order or waiting to be sitting. 2nd RED FLAG AND UNPROFESSIONAL. At 4:10 pm, finally, the manager came out, I believe his name is Terrance Russell. He was totally rude, unprofessional and seems like he didn’t care. I had to call the police to keep from having a disturbance while trying to communicate with him. His total demeanor was very unprofessional and he shouldn’t be a manager at any time in the customer service environment. I asked for a refunded and decided to take my business somewhere else. I asked for his District Manager's name and number. After waiting another 10 mins, he finally got me the number for Cracker Barrel customer service and advised his District Manager is James Barber. Read moreDisappointed today. We were quickly seated, which was a surprise as we expected the after church rush. They weren't that busy there were plenty of open tables. Waitress came over after about 5 mins after we sat and took our drink order. When she returned with our drinks she took our food order. I order 2 eggs, bacon, tots, grits with biscuit/gravy and my husband order the country fried steak with turnip greens and fries with corn bread.. Over 30 mins go by and I catch her passing the table, look down at my watch and ask "how much longer as it's been over 30 mins now?" She told us about 10-15 more mins to which I replied "I Hope our food is hot". So after 5 mins, we were ready to walk out and decided to give it 5 more minutes. Our food comes out, my scrambled eggs looked like a overcooked fried egg, bacon beyond extra crispy, i'm missing my grits, biscuit and gravy and my husband is missing his cornbread and we have no flatware. She goes back to the kitchen, after several mins, and not seeing her, I walk up to the manager, who was standing in the kitchen door way and ask him to come to my table as We Have a Problem. I sit down and poked my scrambled eggs (which actually looked like an overcooked fried), tots and tell him everything is cold. They weren't even room temp, like they were cool. I then poked my husband counry fried steak and said Cold. I told him we've been waiting over 30 mins for our food and everything was cold and also all the missing items. I told him that we were hungry and we could not, would not wait for everything to be re-fired and that we're we leaving. He looked at me and my husband and said "would you please stay and try to enjoy your meal and I will comp the whole meal?" I kinda chuckled and said "there's nothing worse than cold eggs and that would would just be leaving." I'm still shaking my head that a manager would beg us to stay and eat our cold meal just because he didn't want other customers see us leave with our food sitting on our table. Note, when I asked the manager over, I did not make a scene. I sat down and quietly told him of the situation. My Wife and I went here to eat because it was a good month or so since we had eaten there and we were wanting french toast and hash brown casserole. There was only 1 server and she had 15 tables. She said pardon the wait every 1 had called out and we understood that. So within 5 minutes 2 more servers showed up and she has 1 go to the hostess stand and leaves the older woman from the stand out on the floor who clearly wasn't able to do the job. And puts the other young lady in the other section with 2 tables. Finally we received our coffee and then ordered, when our food arrived at the table my French toast was absolutely burnt and my eggs were almost raw I asked her to take it back and with a attitude she says what's wrong with it. I said ma'am it is burned black. So she yanks it off the table and says fine I'll get you another 1. Less than 3 minutes goes by and she returns and sets another plate down and says here and walks off. I look at it and it appears that they dipped the bread in the egg wash throws it on the grill for 30 seconds on both sides and brings it to me. The egg was not cooked and it was still running off the bread. I waited for about 5 minutes and I still had not seen her yet so I picked up my plates and proceeded to the area that they go into the kitchen. I asked for her because she was a assistant manager and a young lady hollered in the kitchen for her and when she comes around the corner and sees me she rolls her eyes and shakes her head and says what do you want I handed her my plates and said I'm not going to eat this and then I walked off to the bathroom I get back to the table and my wife and I sat there for 15 minutes and I finally said excuse me ma'am where is my check she yells really loud he said that you don't have to pay for it and she says in a lower voice to One customer they just wanted free meal anyway. I said again ma'am I want my check for my wife's breakfast and our two coffees and she says oh my God walked in the back gets our check comes out drops it on the table and walks off.
