I booked a plane ride for my husband's birthday, we received a letter stating they canceled because they weren't available the day I chose, so I went with another company. 2 days later after canceling the reservation, they charge my card in full, and start repeatedly calling my husband. He informs the agent he's at work and cannot talk. She still persistently calls him. Later that day I call them informing them they canceled so I went with another company, that I'd appreciate a refund, because canceling and then just charging my card was unprofessional and not okay. The lady actually starts arguing with me! Saying that it was my fault, that I'm lying and refuses to give me a refund unless I pay the cancelation fee because of their mistake. The lady I spoke with was so rude & incompetent that I'll never but anything with Great American days name on it. I finally got my money back almost 9 months later because my bank had to fight them. Horrible...
Read moreContacted this company today, after a year of trying to get hold of them (the phone was never picked up). It is my lucky day since Amy picked up the phone and she was training another associate. I asked for a list of spas in my area, after giving all of my information. Amy said that it would take them 10-15min to send those to me, I asked to share the list via phone and she said they don't do that, then she said that the website doesn't work if I want to look them up...after year of trying to get hold of them I asked for refund since I seriously doubted anyone will send me anything (which 3 hours later I still have nothing in my email). Amy said that for the refund I need to contact other program. She kept saying that she provided me with an "excellent" customer service which is really funny statement, pushing this idea to the customer. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. BTW in the end she just hung up on me....
Read moreI closed out a credit card account three years ago and chose a spa treatment gift certificate through Great American Days to claim the last remaining bonus points. Shortly after this, the pandemic hit and it became impossible to schedule an appointment. Fast forward almost three years later and I came across the mailing package of the certificate, but couldn't find gift certificate details. I thought it was a long shot but called the number to see if I could finally redeem it for an appointment. Amy went above and beyond by tracking down the certificate in their records (from three years ago!) and then helping me find a nearby spa. The appointment was made and the certificate was emailed and, after waiting all that time, my wife loved the spa treatment. Thanks, Great...
