Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Alpharetta

The woman with the blue hair was very upset to be there and you could tell . I was sitting across the restaurant and could hear screaming and complaining at every little thing she had to do . I didn’t want to hear her complaining but I didn’t have a choice . Can’t make this up , as I’m writing this the same worker started arguing with a customer because the customer didn’t appreciate her service , and when the customer left she just started talking bad about her .. which isn’t something I should be hearing from ACCROSS the restaurant. At least whisper that’s stuff to yourself . This was a very uncomfortable meal . Whoever runs this place has let some people get way too comfortable and loose with their behavior and attitude . I shouldn’t come to an Einstein bagels and feel like I’m in the living room of people who have no manners . Einstein’s is good food , but also not cheap . At this price point you could go to any other similar breakfast place and never encounter this kind of thing . It’s disappointing , and like I said a culture thing for sure . Someone kept letting people get away with bad habits till they stop caring about standards .

Edit : I contacted the email , and even though it mentioned 24-48 hours, nobody has contacted me for 7 days . Whoever is reading this just know that this place only responds to bad reviews as a formality. It makes them look good, and to defer blame from them and blame it an isolated “incident “ . I absolutely love their customer service. It was the one thing that gave me hope after my very complicated experience. Their store doesn't deserve a poor rating but I certainly feel corporate should be aware of the fact that their curbside process is very complicated.Bagels are very yummy and they have unique bagels like pretzel bagels, cinnamon bagels, a six cheese bagel, with add ons like honey butter or a smoked salmon spread which I found absolutely yummy. They also have locks or smoked salmon that you can add to the bagel that is not in cream cheese form which I found to be a cool option. Also their hot chocolate is made with steamed milk which I find rare these days but makes it soo rich and creamy. the app which is what you have to download to do curbside the correct way, all of their menu items are not listed. Since all of their menu items are not listed you have to then call into the store to order the food but there's no way to prepay for the food still leaving you to have to go in and not engage in curbside service. This store was very thoughtful and did their best to work with me even though they could not accommodate my need for curbside.also when in the app you are not able to really customize your order being it only leaves you one option when you're trying to maneuver through ordering your bagel.You can call in and be able to place your order but you do have to still go in and pay. If you're looking for a true curbside experience this cannot offer you that so be prepared to still go in but once you do their staff will take amazing...

2 stars bc at least we got our food....How is it that this is our first day visiting here in GA Alpharetta, it's 7:51am, my husband is currently picking up our order, 2 breakfast boxs and THE MANAGER gives him terrible service aka ATTITUDE for asking her kindly if we can switch the soda for OJ bottles. That'd we would even pay the difference, she said "ITS NOT POSSIBLE, BUT GO AHEAD" (what's the point of the attitude if we can obviously end up grabbing OJ rather than soda).. THE MANAGER is a over weight / mid age lady with brown hair and glasses. Are you serious lady ? Is your blood pressure that high ? Why go to work mad and take it out on people?? Some people , like her self asking for trouble (KARMA). You can't handle someone kindly speaking to you...are you that miserable? .... I was on the phone with him listening to her voice , you clearly can hear her attitude through the phone. Terrible. But hey that's just how it is right ?! Karma don't miss ANYONE though, good luck with that.. so check...
