Please don’t go to this restaurant. They never honor what they committ to. Especially Pradeep. We did catering for one of our events. Food quality was bad and never on time . Here’s the detailed issues I encountered
Food was never on time. The comitted time was 11:30AM, food didn’t reach until 1AM They committed to have 3 live counters a. Pani Puri, b. Chat 3. Kulfi for dessert Pani puri they got is spoiled and had mould and started serving it to guests. One of the guests complained and he immediately replaced by buying store brought pani puri pakcets. I couldn’t stress more here. He never got a starter item on the menu, and when asked he took the item from the back that was hidden. The live counter for kulfi never started, when asked he said he will keep ice cream and can’t have ice cream. He immediately absconded the event location and never reached out after 45 days. Apricot delight - this was a disaster dessert. All my guests complained about it Food was not sufficient. He committed for one number and just got single trays of every item. Some of my guests didn’t have food. After repeatedly calling and an hour later he sent food.
Overall a disastrous experience and never recommend going here. Especially if you want to have your...
Read moreHoly Mother of India! Really! It’s like they kidnapped the best momma chefs in India and brought them here! They guys don’t play! And don’t let the rough exterior fool you! These guys have startup hustle! I’ve lived in India and Pakistan have had many different regional foods from across India and this is great stuff. Haven’t tried the dosas yet but will soon. (Didn’t see sambar.) We ordered okra masala, daal makkhani, gobi Manchurian, lamb saag, chapatthi and it was all superb! There was too much tomato in the okra dish, but flavors were excellent, quantity sufficient, oh and do not leave without chai, really. People come just for the chai! Also you can tell how much an Indian restaurant owner and chef cares about their food by the quality of rice. I’m a low carb girl but wow, stellar quality super long grain perfectly salted basmati rice. No 2 grains actually stick together. I’ll be back as will my friends. Let’s support them enough so they fix up their newer dining area. Way...
Read moreRejuvenation. Attribute this to tea, you would find it meaningful to the adjective. Such is the kind of tea they serve. If you happen to stop by snack time, a tea with potato-peas stuffed samosa would leave you reminiscent of back-home either Kerela backed Chai franchises or north backed Ginger tea street shops. It's worth a visit (multiple visits, but there is a caveat) after you complete your purchases at the Costco close by for the chai.
Important note: Hate to mention Chai darshan is pure by luck. Not always would you get a chance to sip tea. If available, rejoice it. If not, blame your luck. Restaurant is purely working for bulk take-aways, so dine-in or snack in might happen based on their availability.
2 out of 10 occurrences is when we happen to eat or dine-in in this location. Always come with the mindset, that you would not have a chance to eat or dine-in or takeaway from...
