The way the owner responds to customers reviews is appalling. Yes I understand criticism doesn’t feel good but when you are working in food and hospitality you need to learn to deal with it. It is disgusting how she rudely responds to innocent customers voicing their concerns about HER business. My experience at le macron was alright but of course it could’ve been better. The customer service is great but the food itself is not as amazing as the owner claims it to be. Last time I went to Le macaron the Rose macaron barely had any filling and it definitely did taste like freezer. I do love how the macarons have no artificial flavors and how there’s an airy and light texture to the actual cookie part.
