Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alpharetta

I recently visited this location. I've always been a fan of LC pizza for years but I don't use this location in Alpharetta too often. I placed an order last weekend but realized I placed it too soon and decided to cancel it. I attempted to replace my order an hour or two later only to find that my number had been blocked by store owner. I called the store using a different number and was able to get through. I asked the owner to unblock my number so I could continue doing business with them. The owner hung the phone up on me while attempting to place a 2nd order. I had little interest in pursuing the matter at that point but a friend of mine was insistent on LC pizza for that day. I placed the order inside and ultimately picked up the pizza but my friend and I decided that this would be the last time we visited LC going foward as all other locations are too far away to travel. I work in customer service myself and this isn't how I treat my customers. The pizza itself wasn't that great. It was too greasy and my friend felt sick afterwards. We'll be visiting PaPa Johns...

Visited 2 days in a row, food was great so no complaints there…..however, the first day I purchased food from this location, I asked the woman at the front counter for plates and napkins. She said “we don’t give that out.” Shocked me but okay not a problem. Second day, picked up food which was a large pizza, I asked the gentleman for Parmesan cheese, he literally pulled out 2 packs of Parmesan cheese and placed it on top of my pizza box. I told him to his face I would never patronize that particular store again. I hate to say this but it’s true, these foreigners come to America for a “better life” and treat Americans like trash although we’re the ones that pour money into their businesses. For that reason, I will pay careful attention to who’s business I toss my money at from here on out. He could have definitely given me more than 2 packs of cheese, it wouldn’t have hurt the business not one bit. I manage a restaurant and I always make sure to accommodate my customers, even if it’s just extra cheese...

Was just there today. Pre-ordered online. When I arrived I noticed a man leave and return because he was given the wrong order. I noticed that my order was not in the self service area. I asked the cashier and she informed me that my order was coming out next. While I waited I watched as another customer walked in and placed his order and he received his order before me although I had preordered. So now I’m getting bothered. So I asked the cashier again and she says it’s in the oven. Finally she gets my pizza and says that the crazy bread is not ready. So I would have to wait even longer as the cook just put it in the oven. So the guy who came in after without a preorder received his crazy bread before me!! At this point I’m pissed as I had my family waiting. So I left without the crazy bread and was told she was only a cashier and the manager would have to take the crazy bread off. No one apologized nor seemed to care that my order was not ready 30 minutes passed the promised time. Bad...
