Not sure why the drive thru lady is so combative and rude. I’ve started going through this McDonalds on occasion because of work and every time I visited and got to the first window to pay, the lady would just be ripping into and complaining about the customers she just served ahead of me or someone else she served in the day.
Today I went to just get a large water (I know, but I am fasting), and when I ordered it, she said “Uhhh, I can’t ring that up here, you’ll have to go to the second window.” Which is fine, so I did. She could’ve maybe just said “go ahead and pull around to second window,” but whatever.
So I went ahead and started to pull around to the second window, and she popped her head out of the first window to signal me to keep driving to second window. Again, don’t know why, I was already going there lol.
And then when I got to the second window, that same lady had walked up there to yell at the Hispanic/Lantina worker at the second window that “a car just drove off, just ridiculous. I would’ve rung it up but the car drove off. You don’t know everything!” And then she went away. I’m assuming she was talking about me? Because I drove thru as soon as she said second window because believe me, I’m tired of having the unnecessary interaction with this lady every time I go.
I waited for my large water and then the nice lady at the second window gave me a large coffee instead. I told her I just wanted a large water and the lady said “we’ll have to charge for the large.” Which, again, is fine. But if they have to charge for the water, why couldn’t the angry lady just ring it up at the first window?
Again, not sure what’s going on with drive-thru lady. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve gone through and she would complain, to me, a CUSTOMER, about the other...
Read moreCustomer service is very very sweet I wish I had the lady's name to give her recognition but she was not wearing a name tag and that's totally cool too but I came in there ordering a large Coca-Cola cuz if you know I don't know McDonald's has the best Coca-Cola in the world because they do not mess with the amount of syrup that most fountain drink owners do. But that's besides the point the customer service is phenomenal she even gave me a free little extra hash brown and it really made my day because I'm broke and I am hungry. And it was just something she did out of kindness of her heart that I'm sure did not really affect the company's money because they can't keep things aren't fresh right!?! So I feel she made a good judgment calling giving me great service because I will now stop at this location from this point on when I take this route and go there not just because she gave me free food and could possibly do it in the future but because she took the time to think this girl needs something to eat because it's 9:15 in the morning and I'm in the industry I've been serving people for over 20 years now and that's something I would have done and I consider myself to be the best of what I do only because of my wisdom experience and the most important taken into consideration that things are consistently changing whether it be the industry the management the money the stock market yada yada anyways I'm right now let me go eat my hash brown and maybe my brain will start to eat thanks again McDonald's awesome chick face mask awesome face mask you really did make my birthday and you didn't even know it was my birthday...
Read moreI’m a true McDonald’s customer I come literally every day this one McDonald’s this is my first time coming to them. They were very disrespectful. To be my first experience at this location, it was my worst experience at McDonald’s and maybe it’s just because I’m in Milton and I feel privileged, but I recommend that you don’t come to this place. My first experience was in the drive-through. They have the wrong person on the very unwelcoming and combative also argumentative then when I go to the counter and politely ask for an extra Syrup, the woman indicated that there’s always two syrups in the bag and that they don’t mess up and it would be an extra cost for another one once we looked in the bag there were only one we showed the Worker that it was only one and she gave us another one at that point. The manager came from across the building, stopped her from giving us to Syrup and told her that we can only get two the female tried to tell her that they only had one. I literally had to put my bag back through the window to show the general manager that I only got one. This is poor customer service, and poor management truthfully, and I mentioned it in detail to the world so that you can see how incapable this location is, and it surely stems from the management team in the building if the leader is unprofessional, the team would be as well.
