New plaza.
Businesses open also new to the plaza.
They are ready to go.
I get to your new location and the door says open at 10:45Am
Look in window to 5 people avoiding eye contact and 1 person wiping tables.
I knock on the door and the person cleaning the tables holds a pointer finger up to show me to wait a sec. At 11:00 a young lady opens the door and says sorry. 3 of us were waiting for 15 minutes with no clue what was happening because no one communicated.
Got my food while everyone seemed quiet. No one made eye contact.
I’m a restaurant manager. Hollerbachs willow tree in Sanford.
Ma and pop places have the common sense to let people in regardless if we are open if they are waiting at the door.
Or at least communicate.
I think for a new location they failed to hit the mark.
Management needs to be more friendly, more welcoming and communicate better. The team needs to learn to say good morning and be friendly like when you walk into a publix.
I put 1 Star so you’ll see this and correct your team.
Y’all need to wake up. Drink some coffee, and be more thoughtful to the guest. At 10:45 the doors need to be open. Even if you still gotta wipe tables. There are 3 other options I’ve had fine experiences with so far all opened the same day....

The portion size was adequate for me; however, my wife had to ask for a little more rice on her burrito and was told they were just ensuring everything could fit in the end, but the burrito has seemed to decrease in size over the years. My wife got the barbacoa and this will be the last time she will order that specific meat, as for the past few times, at different locations, it tasted as if someone dropped a salt shaker in the meat. The place had very few clean tables, which was odd, as we arrived at 1 p.m. and the workers were just standing around...
Read moreI love chipotle EXCEPT for this one , go half a mile down the street either way ON 436 and you’ll find another location that is respectful. There is 4 other restaurants in this plaza, theres one chipotle in fern park half a mile up the road, there’s ones on 400 Altamonte dr that is great also. I would stay clear of this location for safety reasons. Dirty all over , unfriendly and the manager was sagging his pants below his cheeks. Don’t listen to there find out yourself 😂 DIRTY if it’s dirty at the tables it’s probably dirty on the grills and around your food...
