I purchased a 20-year-old home approximately eight years ago and started working with Saxon-Clark at that time. The home was dated and had potential to be much more. As an older (middle-aged) single man, with an engineering background, I needed assistance. I visited interior design shops across the US to educate myself, while traveling for work. Locally, I found Saxon-Clark. I perused the Altamonte store several times, always amazed by the items in their showroom and how they may appear in my home.

My visits created an ongoing dialogue with one of the designers. She assisted me to identify a style that appealed to me. I periodically purchased things—at my own slow pace—to furnish my home. Saxon-Clark designers regularly talked me out of purchases that I wanted to make, advising me that specific items were not consistent with the look I wanted. Donny, Kathy and John visited my home on multiple occasions over several years. With their advice, I enlarged windows and doorways to enhance outside views and refined interior architectural features and finishes to create a more timeless appeal. The furniture and accompanying décor—chandeliers, recessed lights, lamps, plants, wall decorations, curio cabinet and related knick-knacks—could not be more pleasing to the eye. I furnished every room in my home with Saxon-Clark designer assistance, except for three smaller bedrooms.

My home is beautiful!!! The décor is elegant and remains comfortable and inviting to guests.

I've shopped at Saxon Clark since 1999 and have spent almost $100,000. I am currently in a dispute with them in regard to a very expensive Bermex table that isn't to my satisfaction. The table top is not stable and wobbles. After receiving it in November I reached out to them a week later and asked for it to be replaced with a better designed table. They told me they had to follow a process that required a repair person to come out and see if it could be repaired. After about a month of waiting, the repair person recommended that 2 additional brackets be added underneath to stabilize the table. I am still waiting on those brackets. I have asked repeatedly for them to take the table back. They do offer a 30 day exchange on their invoice. My Salesperson cannot tell me why in this case they will not honor their return policy, but she is "checking" on the status of the brackets. It's been 3 months and at this point, they should order...
