C-Rations was in Eastgate but recently moved to Alton, in the back of Pour Decisions on State Street. The food here is wonderful. It's kind of a Cajun fusion restaurant. Everything I've ever had from here was absolutely delicious. Their wing boils are excellent. Think crab or shrimp boil but with wings. Their burritos are superb. The Southwest Salad is awesome. Their different flavors eggrolls are a must try. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. I could use all the adjectives to describe this place. But you really just need to find out for yourself!! If you enjoy good food, like to try new things, or just like comfort food like brisket and mac and cheese, this is the place to try. It is worth the trip to Alton for their food. I promise you won't be disappointed. But you may be addicted. Let's just say I'm glad they moved closer to me, 🤣😅 They have vegetarian and vegan options, too!!
