Starbucks — Restaurant in Altoona

I ordered a Trenti strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I received my drink half full of ice. I let they know, the lady state “let me remake it” & let me keep the drink. Which I thought was nice until the other lady comes up to grab and remake. I let her know that the other lady said I could keep it and she rolled her eyes. She then remakes my drink puts it on the counter and does not let me know. I buy this EVERY SINGLE day. I know what it looks like, after 20 mins of waiting I asked “when will my drink be ready” And she said “on the counter” I look pick it up and said “this looks nothing like my drink!” Sure enough tasted like complete lemonade! I’m So frustrated that Starbucks allows this store to do this! Igo to merle hay daily they are 100xbusier & I have never had an issue! Okay, it's a coffee shop, I get that. What I dislike greatly about Starbucks is the recent trend removing fountain beverages from their menu. People will defend it and say "drink coffee!", but I hate coffee and Starbucks offers food items that are pretty decent. So if I am with someone who wants to stop, I cannot get the one thing expected in every restaurant, fast food stop, gas station, convenience store, concession stand, bar, ice-cream shop, donut stop, non-ATM/movie rental automated machine, grocery store, liquor store, tobacco store, pharmacy, etc., in the United States and its territories - a damn soda.

So when Starbucks gives up their Stalinist "Strategic Planning", already-failed-once-for-the-ill-benefit-of-humanity, Communist experiment happening across the U.S. and returns to the dictates of a market economy, I will...

I ordered a berry refresher with lemonade instead of water and a burnt caramel latte... got to the window..I was handed a strawberry lemonade no berries.. I asked why there were no berries..in smart mouth the attendant said well we're out of berries.. a woman came along and said here give her this...4 berries on the top of a strawberry lemonade..wth was I supposed to do with that...also..the latte was completely watered down and not hot. And then there was no thank you, no nothing..just closed the window...and didn't look at me again... Look I don't expect things to be perfect, and I did not need the berries, I get that.. but when I am paying for something I simply expect what I paid for nothing more, nothing less. I have always had good service with this establishment, but after today, I have no reason to return...
