A few weeks ago, my fiancé and I decided to stop by Roma's Italian Restaurant in Altus and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and our server, Bella, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated throughout our entire meal.

My fiancé ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which he said was the best he’s ever had. I opted for the Vegetable Pizza without cheese and a glass of the house Merlot, and both were fantastic. The pizza crust was soft yet crunchy, perfectly balancing texture and flavor. I especially appreciated that the restaurant didn’t bat an eye when I requested no cheese, which is often an issue at other places. It was such a refreshing change!

To top off the meal, my fiancé had the Tiramisu, and he couldn't stop raving about how delicious and homemade it tasted.

Overall, the food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back and make this one of our...

Fantastic place. The food itself was exceptional - we ordered the chicken parm, chicken cordon bleu, and the spaghetti with meatballs and I'd easily say it's the best Italian dishes I've eaten. (Though I mostly eat at Olive Garden and one other mom and pop Italian restaurant). But - like most other local Italian places, I didn't like their bread as much as the garlic bread from OG. It was chewy - warm (which was really wonderful) but chewy and didn't have a lot of flavor. It looked like one had some seasoning sprinkled on top, but my daughter nabbed that one so I couldn't try it. Maybe that would have improved on the roll. But honestly, other than the rolls, everything was really wonderful. It was quiet, the service was great. It was a Sunday and every TV was turned onto football - we ladies would have enjoyed some other channel as an option but I get it, it's Sunday! :) It's not cheap food (3 of us dined for about $59) but certainly delicious and if I was looking for a fancy meal (that was served fast), I'd absolutely go back there for my...

The food, service, and atmosphere is always very good however today we had an unfortunate experience with an unprofessional and very rude server. My friend received the incorrect order and when she questioned it, the server dismissed it with a very rude tone. When the server came up again, my friend once again asked politely and questioned that it wasn’t what she ordered and proceeded to explain and show her the menu. the server said she was wrong and said rudely that she would bring the chef to her. she continued to dismiss my friend and act rudely saying she was right and she knew what was on the menu and was overall being disrespectful. she finally reluctantly took it to the cook and corrected the dish however she didn’t acknowledge her or apologize for her mistake and impolite behavior, (although she ultimately gave a partial discount) her unprofessional behavior and rude manner and attitude is not justified. We understand serving is difficult, however not admitting to one’s mistakes and being unkind as a server is a bad show of...

One of the Best Italian Spots I’ve Ever Been To! This place is phenomenal. The menu is huge, and honestly, it was hard to decide because everything sounded amazing. Our waitress, Andrea, was fantastic—super friendly and accommodating with my meal substitutions. I normally feel like a nuisance asking for substitutions but she was so nice about it. Give that girl a ~raise~ The homemade pasta? Next-level. I got the chicken parm with fettuccine, and WOW. SO good. Honestly, next time, I might just get a full order of fettuccine because the pasta was that good. Ambiance was perfect—great music that wasn’t too loud, very clean, and had a fancy yet welcoming feel. The salad was kinda mid, but the ranch? BANGING. Also, great water (yes, that matters). Best part? It was only $50 for three people. For the quality of food, that’s an insane deal. Do yourself a favor—skip Olive Garden and come here instead!

Me and my family went to Roma's and we arrived 30 mins prior to them closing. I was a little hesitant on going there because they would be closing in 30 mins. So I was going to put in an order to go. As I was looking at the menu, the cashier was rushing us to put in our order, saying that they was closing soon. I understand the workers wanting to leave and go home after closing. But you never rush a customer to order, especially when it was my first time there. I saw the military picture next to the cashier and took a picture of it. Knowing that this place is in a military town, and me being a military veteran which was clearly on the hat I was wearing. I left and went elsewhere.

Was in the mood for Italian, and super glad I tried Romas. I came in right before the lunch special ended, so I tried a calzone lunch special. Holy cow! It was massive!! It was also delicious, filled with meat and pepperoni and the usual cheeses. Bonus, it came with a side salad and rolls which were both great. Cut the calzone in half and I'll have 2 full great meals for $12 with tax. I'll be back to try out some other things next time, but the calzone was glorious.
