KFC — Restaurant in Alvin

In the past it hasn’t been the worst experience just average but tonight the manager Jah really went out of his way for me today! I had ordered through the app a pot pie and right when I went to pick up my order they sold their last one. So the employee that first helped me wasn’t rude or anything but told me that they were sold out and if I wanted a refund I can go through the app or exchange. So I asked if I could do a 2 pc meal that was around the same price and manager said he would help me out and do it for me even though there was a price difference which I offered to pay but he said no! This restaurant is a total mess, and none of the employees knew what they were doing. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot, and none in the drive-thru, but they still couldn’t keep up. I placed my order through the app to save time, and it told me my food would be ready by 7:24. I got there early, only to be told that they somehow wouldn’t even print the order until 7:24, and said they wouldn’t start making it until then. This makes no sense, since 7:24 is when they were supposed to be done making it.

Sure enough, the order was late, and I didn’t receive it until 7:37. They really messed it up too, forgetting condiments, napkins, utensils, and a sandwich. I don’t know why they couldn’t handle a single order, but this...

Ordered the popcorn chicken box for $12. What I got was a chicken tender that had been cooked to the extreme and would break a tooth if you tried to bite it, it took up most of the box, then I got some of what looked like leftovers for another batch and that they were cooked maybe 2-3 times. The size of the chicken bites- well they were about the size of my pinky nail-cooked so hard that there were no 11 herbs and spices, but on the upside they did send enough honey sauce to put out a fire???
