Wendy's — Restaurant in Alvin

So today was the first time I went to this location. I went through the drive thru to get me some food after a long day at work. I ordered what I usually ordered from Wendy's in other states I have lived in. When I got home, my burger was not right, even after I repeated and reiterated my order. I called the location and I believe the young lady at the drive thru window answered the phone. I explained my dilemma, she apologized and said that if I went back my order would be corrected. As I got to the restaurant, there was a line but I informed her who I was at the speaker, since she was still taking orders. I was prepared to wait until the line moved and I would get to the window. I was surprised when she brought out my burger toe through the rear door so I would not have to wait in line. Now she did not have to do this. So I want to say thank you to her for going above what is required to make sure I got my meal. I don't know her name, but she was the young lady working the drive thru Sunday night. Awful experience when I was expecting a good experience since I have eaten at other Wendy's and they were alway good. Ordered a cheeseburger and another meal. The cheese burger was awful. It was as if it sat cooked for hours including the peice of cheese that was on it. Burger was very dry. I sent a complaint to the website for Wendy's corporate. Received an email for me to contact them to discuss further. I replied providing my cell phone number and told them if they want to discuss further I would be happy to and they can contact me after 10am. I received a reply understanding that they would contact me on Monday as the district manager would be there on that day. No call, no new email nothing. I was not looking for a free meal or a refund. Holly cow I’ve never stopped at a Wendy’s like this specific Wendy’s and got my food so perfect! These employees need a raise for the extra mile they go. Most places just chunk your sloppy food all together and toss it in one big crammed bag. Every one of our orders came perfectly packed with absolutely everything you need for your meal. I didn’t have to ask for anything because it was just all there for us.

Now to the food, I’m sad I don’t live near this specific Wendy’s because I’ve never had my food perfectly placed together and the burger looks so amazing that it looks just like the picture on the screen.
