Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Amarillo

Update 9/25/21 Not sure what's going on here? First the waitress seemed overly nervous, to the point of her accidently spilling a drink on the guest I was with and almost setting a hot plate on their hand because she would wait for to them to make room for it. On top of that, the owner(?) (He didn't introduce himself but acted either like an owner or manager, almost didn't look professional at all) was extremely rude, but not to us, he was very rude to his workers. He came by our table to ask about our food (and these are his words) "make sure none of our food was messed up because the kids in the back are screwballs". On top of that my guest couldn't answer about their food since the was food in their mouth so he assumed my guest didn't like the food and kinda got defensive about it, continually asking them if they were sure the food was good. He then went to the table behind us and in front of one of the waitress he said (again his words) "I have no confidence they got any of your orders correct, whose food is messed up?" Very negative way to talk about your workers, specially in front of your customers. On a better note the food was quite good, I got the cheesy bacon chicken and it was superb; the rice kinda tasted like it came from a minute rice box but wasn't horrible and the steamed broccoli is exactly that, no seasoning. We got boom boom shrimp for an appetizer which was amazing (however comes on a bed of lettuce which is weird and totally unnecessary).

Old review: The pickle chips are amazing!! I also ordered the french dip sandwhich which sadly I wasnt a huge fan of. For me it was to much fat and I forgot to say no horseradish. I'm not gonna take any stars off for it because I messed up and I'm picky. Our server was exremely nice even offering to remake the french dip after finding out it had the horseradish on it. The last time I came to beef, O’Brady’s, I swore I would never come again. I happened to be in the neighborhood at TJ Maxx today and decided to come in and get some cheese fries for my grandson and a salad for me. The reason I swore I wouldn’t come back the last time it’s because there is a ditzy waitress that is so busy being an actress believing she is better than she actually is, and flirting with the men, that she doesn’t get anything right. I ordered cheese fries and she brought out cheese sticks. So my four-year-old grandson had to wait extra time for his cheese fries. Then she didn’t bring out any ranch. Who eats cheese fries without ranch? If you order cheese fries, you have to order ranch dressing extra and it cost $1 for a 2 ounce cup that is half full. She brought the cheese fries out and didn’t bother to ask if we needed ranch, my grandson asked for ranch and so I had to go up to the bar to order it because she completely ignored me, she said she would put in the order for the ranch. My grandson sat and waited for over 10 minutes before I finally had to ask how long it would take to get our ranch. She then stated that she had put the order in and that she would bring it out as soon as it was available. Mind you there were maybe four different customers in the whole building. I hadn't been to Beef O Brady since it closed. It's been open for a while now and I was craving something they have on the menu so I decided to give it another try. I quit going because the service was horribl and yesterday was no different. I walked in and was greeted quickly however I felt like I was a bother to her and it came off a bit rude as soon as I walked in. The waitress brought me a menu and before I could tell her I didn't need one, she walked away and never came back. I already knew what I wanted but I sat for so long waiting to order I contemplated either leaving or ordering online. She was so busy laughing it up with the gentlemen at the bar that I guess she forgot about me. It seemed as if you weren't a regular of the waitress, she had no priority to help you.
