Benjamin Donuts Western — Restaurant in Amarillo

At first I wasn't sure about this place in so I finally stopped in one morning for some donuts. Was not the least bit disappointed. They had so many flavors from your normal (glazed, long johns, cake, etc.) to flavors like banana, strawberry with fruity pebbles on top and maple with real bacon on it. They also serve breakfast sandwiches. They cashier/server was extremely nice and extremely helpful with my choices. There was a young man helping put out donuts who really seemed to love his job which made me smile. I absolutely recommend this place 100%! ... So here I am 4 weeks later and addicted to this place. I've been around 5 other times and every time it's an absolute treat. Always friendly. Always...

Yum! Go nuts for these donuts. The staff is very friendly, cute little family run operation. Coffee is good enough but nothing to write home about. The kolaches and fritters are just amazing. I have been told they have good bear claws as well, but they're always sold out by the time I come around! (Evidence of how good they are?). Definitely worth a try. Better than Donut Stop or whatever...
