This place sucks. I waited over an hour for my food as I watched the frantic Singular carhop handle everyone’s order on cheeseburger day. It was insane. I tipped as much as I could, it was apparent how dysfunctional the kitchen was. I was not the only one frustrated, as many other customers had driven off while waiting for their food, most likely causing some sort of mishap within the kitchen involving the orders, delaying newer orders. I wouldn’t be surprised if the carhop had made a few mistakes amidst the chaos. It was chaos. There was only One carhop on an obviously extremely busy day. This all could have been avoided just by having a bigger staff crew, actually giving the time of day to train them properly, and probably replacing management all together, I’ve worked in a kitchen for over 8 years and that is where the problem usually lies. I told the employee Chris that I'd like to have a hot fudge sundae and that I have a coupon for it as well. Then his tone changed immediately and ask "what does the coupon said?", I told him that it said $.99 and that would be all. He told me the total and said to pull up to the windown. His tone was very demeaning as if I was begging for the food. Once I pulled up to the window, I asked if its possible if i can have caramel on the order and he slammed and shut the windown rudely.
