Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Amarillo

Stopped in last night at our neighborhood Braums store on Amarillo Blvd. To get a few things. They weren't very busy at the time. When I went to check out there was no one at the register. I waited and waited no one came at all. I went around to where you order for ice cream cones or burgers. There was a young girl standing there behind the counter and there were no customers at all waiting at the counter. All I saw was employees visiting so I hollar out and asked if anyone was working the register at the market counter. The young girl standing behind the counter said yes and walked over to help me. She went back behind the register didn't say one thing to me so I asked her how was she doing tonight she rudely answered me and said I am ok very very rude. I told her she was very rude. She told me I didn't have to hollar she could see me at the counter. I told her I wasn't hollering. I told her I am a customer. She said she knew that but I didn't have to hollar. If she saw me than why did she come and wait on me? I asked what her name was since she didn't have a name tag on she barely spoke up. So I asked her again she said Alexis. I told her I was going to call the Manager tomorrow and let the manager know how rude she was. She handed me my change and said thank you have a good night and walked away fast. I shop this Braums all the time. I always buy groceries from here. I love having a Braums in our neighborhood. I have never ever been treated this rude all the years I have shopped here. This young girl does not need to be dealing with any customers. She is extremely rude. Seems she doesn't have respect for people. I guess she doesn't know that customers...

Went through the drive thru shortly after 10pm on a Wednesday night and ordered 2 Double bacon cheeseburger combos. Got to the window as the employee was getting ready to tell me the amount but before they could say anything I asked if they could repeat my order and as soon as they said double cheeseburger I mentioned that I ordered bacon double cheeseburgers and they told me they put bacon and cheese on every burger. Well let me tell ya ... that's not true. Got home and both patties were cold without any bacon on my burger!!!!. I usually give them great reviews but this time was not taken care of. I called but they were closing so nothing could be done tonight. But then the Manager I guess tells me I must bring back the burger tomorrow!!!! Mind you I have my receipt. I'm just furious now. So I'm just gonna go hungry for...

so i just posted a facebook review and now i am posting here. When I was very tired from walking a ways that day i was blessed to find a dollar so i took it inside this braums. now i had a Styrofoam cup with me that had been purchased for me. i was told i could not bring in the drink and then the lady was rude enough to tell me it was no longer breakfast time and when i ordered lunch she just stood there scoffing at me. like i was nothing . just because i carry a backpack and wear layers of clothes does not give a worker of this company permission to be rude and judgemental. the attitude that she gave me is, in my book, a violation of customer service and she should be fired or my next meal paid for because i will not go to another braums until apologies are...
